Bad coloring - wanted my hair to be darker, they turned it red. I was so upset, she fixed it while I was there and then the dark dye washed in out in 2 shampoos! I called to see if they would make it right and they said they would get back to me and never did. Should've done it myself out if a box. Save your $ and go to a more professional salon. read more

Just a few days ago I went to Ildas Salon and got my first Brazilian Blow Out by Bella. I usually just get the keratin but I wanted to switch it up for once. Well I'm so happy I did!!! Bella did an amazing job and my hair came out exactly how I wanted it!!! She is an amazing hair stylist and so talented. You must try the Brazilian Blow Out that she does it works wonders. The best part is I'm able to have nice soft straight hair when I want too and leave my hair still naturally curly if I want too. I made it a point to let her know I still wanted to keep my natural curls but just loosen them up, she knows her stuff. Please stop by to set up an appointment with her if you want that Brazilian Blow Out, you won't be disappointed at all. I never have to review what the agenda for my hair is every visit. Bella also is Great at suggesting what to do with my hair or how better to care for it. I always love coming here and Rita is the best. She always does a great job cutting my hair and she can do a blow out beautifully. I can't even get close to her results when I try to blow it out at home! I highly recommend this salon. This place is over-rated. First of all, when calling to schedule your appointment-make sure to tell them exactly what you what done. Otherwise, on the day of your appointment-if you want anything extra-they will not accommodate you because they might have another client right behind. l spent over $200 to color my hair and the stylist couldn't even blow dry my hair- I literally had to leave with my hair wet. If your not happy with your results you have to come back another time, they wont change it on the same day. What kind of customer service is that ? I prefer a place where my stylist is not being rushed and takes care of my needs until I'm completely satisfied. The only plus about this place is that they use good hair products. I won a gift certificate in a raffle which brought me to Ilda's for an ezyme facial with Sarah (which was lovely) and then a haircut and blow out with Rita. Love this salon! I am a regular client of Bella's for my haircuts, blowouts and hair coloring. She is fantastic! Always professional and friendly and a great hairstylist. She has great suggestions for hair coloring and styling and I'm always happy with the end result. She always takes me on time and is very time efficient. The salon itself has such a charming and cozy decor and feel to it. The owner Ilda, along with the entire staff is very warm and friendly. Love the music and the atmosphere at the salon too.
