If you make an appointment you should probably honor it - otherwise what's the point of an appointment? If you say you're booked with appointments you should probably not let me see other walk ins get taken ahead. Didn't offer me or my son anything to drink after waiting an HOUR, but for some reason they offered the next 4 men. Pretty big waste of time, but the"manager" doesn't seem to really care lol. I'm just a mom with a kid. First and last time, plenty of other places that care more about their businesses read more

Today I had an amazing experience at the Urban Shave! The service at the front desk was amazing. I was greeted by the owner who then also received a hair cut at his shop! Most importantly Marquise the barber made me feel so welcomed, gave me an amazing fade, and beard line up! After calling and speaking to Tony on the phone, I easily made an appointment online as this is the preferred method for scheduling. The day for his first haircut came, and of course, as a first time mom, this was something I was excited about but equally nervous about! We arrived a few minutes early and my little boy was in the chair within about 5 minutes. All of the other chairs were taken. It was super crowded! Always a good sign :) Tony immediately made me feel comfortable with the way he spoke with my son and handled his hair. My son is mixed, so finding someone who is skilled with this type of hair was very important to me. Tony answered any questions I had about his hair and also made some helpful suggestions. I am so grateful for his warm hospitality - we will definitely become regulars after this great experience. Thank you so much Tony.
