Shipped a package via UPS per the label. Shipped item and UPS cannot assist cause it was transferred to USPS.. WTF??? Item is lost with both company saying contact the other!! The gentleman at the UPS is not knowledgeable or helpful as of 7/28/26 @ 10:34 am.....000000000000.1 STAR read more

The staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. I had to return 2 packages and had return labels, but needed to purchase boxes to ship back. The lady was nice and taped my labels to the products in order to get me out quicker and get to the line behind me which grew very quickly. The location is convenient but the parking lot was crazy. No matter I am still grateful for the location, staff and great service. read more

I don't often need the UPS Store but when I do, I am glad that it is there. The location is convenient and the customer service is great. Today was no exception. read more

The older man that waited on my was very rude and condescending towards me. I'm sorry I didn't see the little arrow that stated where the line started and that I asked for a piece of tape. He talked to me and the other 2 customers in there like we were stupid. And I quote "your shipping is free but our services aren't. If you want a piece of tape I'm supposed to charge you for it" ok then charge me for it. Its only noon and you already have a bad attitude read more

I'm aware of the cost now, however why put it on the customer and not Amazon? Also, $3.00 to print a page and & $2.00 to tape the box, is really expensive! read more

It's hit or miss when I come in. The staff is always very friendly. Sometimes it's fast and sometimes it's a decent wait. My main issue is if you have any questions, you can't call. Every option either seems to give an automated prompt or redirects you. read more

Looks like i go to Khols for my Amazon return. Needed one piece of tape and was informed it was going to cost 2 dollars. What kind of BS is that? FedEx here i come. And she was quite adamant. read more

I had an Amazon return. When I was next in (a long) line of Amazon return, I watched the cashier berate the customer in front of me. I couldn't believe what I saw---acting like a burned-out kindergarten teacher, bullying around a kindergarten student. I thought "great, what's she gonna do to me". I then got called up, got an eye roll when she saw the Amazon packaging, and also got berated. Sure enough, she did the same thing to me that she did to the customer in front of me. Red hair, shoulder length, with glasses. Obnoxious, obnoxious human being. Whoever owns this joint would be wise to terminate her---mark my words, she's going to kill your business. I note the poor existing reviews, and there's a common theme with them and this one as well. Your employees seem to have an attitude problem. If you don't want the Amazon customers, do NOT accept the (lucrative) Amazon contract! Note---whenever 1 customer complains, there's usually 10-100x more with the same experience, but who say nothing. To add insult to injury, I got squeezed for $1.50 to "tape" my box that I've never paid for with an Amazon return. I suspect this is unique to this UPS proprietor, as I've never experienced this at any other UPS location or Amazon drop-off locations. To avoid upsetting the cashier & avoid conflict, I just paid it. I'll do my best to use the FedEx a couple miles away when I need to use my (frequent) shipping needs & skip this joint. read more

Horrible customer service. I regularly use UPS at other locations, the employees at this particular store are rude, condescending, and extremely unhelpful. Today was the third time I used this location (I wouldn't assume overall customer service based off of one interaction) and the demeanor of the staff has been worse every time. I will go out of my way to go elsewhere. read more

I returned packages all the time at UPS I live elsewhere this was the closest one to where I was at the time worst customer service ever I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy read more

We came to drop off an item that was purchased online and needed to be returned. The store is at a nice location with ample parking spaces. I don't really know what to talk about in this situation. Aside from everything is neat and orderly, the guy from the counter talks and greets and processes packages, there's really not a lot to say. We had a bit of a line the day we showed up. It's Christmas season and it's completely understandable. I think I been here before when it's not busy season and I was pretty much in and out. That was also back when they were located by the main Wyandotte strip too. It's a pretty good store if you ask me,, they're just a little understaffed, that all. read more

I've been here 3 times this holiday season with amazon returns or exchanges. This time there there was a line in the store, but it went very quickly. The staff seemed to be working very efficiently read more

if I could give less stars I would, this is the absolute worst ups location I've ever been to. the old hags behind the counter could lose the godamn attitude they always seem to have, and get the sticks out of their ass and do their job without rolling eyes at customers and talking to them like children. I also work in customer service and know that is absolutely NO way to treat people. Renee, I believe her name was, literally get bent. her interactions with me and multiple other customers was so unprofessional and rude. read more

I went back today to try and talk to the owner/manager. Told him how I was treated and couldn't get any extra envelopes and he told me the same thing. He was just as rude as the lady yesterday! I told him I tried calling three times, left a v/mail he said oh the last pick up time is in our recording. I never heard it! No apology for not calling back!? Worst of all, he was leaning towards me over the counter and I had to back up because of his breath! GROSS! I will go out of my way to the ship center on Northline from now on! No customer deserves to be treated like that. I called corporate, she said they limit the number of supplies sent to stores, but if I want to open an account. It was like a bad dream ask over again!! I will never voluntarily use UPS again! Hopefully most of my clients will choose Fed Ex! read more

Come here because this is the closest ups near me. This time I came was not back. The person who was helping me was very nice but must have been new because she always had to ask the other lady how to do things. There is always a line but the workers work hard to make it go fast. The people who come there are a little impatient and rude at times with trying to cut. Had to tell a lady one time that the line started by the door and the workers said something as well. read more

The place was clean and the lady behind the counter was nice took care of my package I was sending....It cost $13.04 to ship one pound! I thought that was a little steep!!!! They they said it would not get there until next Wednesday....this was Thursday!!!! I would think for that price it would be quicker???? read more

I like coming here as the staff is always friendly. They offer a bunch of services. One this day, it was a little bit of a wait because of some customers that were getting their documents notarized. There was a line to ship packages for the holidays. Due to social distancing, only 3 were allowed in the store at a time. But once I got up front, they were friendly as usual. read more

I went into the UPS store with two packages. One of them had a pre-paid shipping label that literally only needed to be taped shut. The other needed to be packed and paid for. When the lady asked if I wanted to "pay for their packing service" on the box that ONLY needed to be taped shut, I politely said "no, I have tape in the car". Assuming she would move onto the package that needed her services, I sent my husband to get tape from our car. Am I ridiculous to think I should pay to tape a box closed? The woman then said "I must respectfully ask you to package your own items outside of our store in the future since we are a packaging company." I understand that UPS is a packaging AND shipping company which was precisely what I was doing. However, I am not willing to pay you to tape a box closed. I would have "RESPECTFULLY" appreciated if she could have just moved onto the services I was actually there to pay for which was the other item that needed to be packaged and shipped. Maybe keep your "RESPECTFUL" comments to yourself next time? read more

They have such an attitude and don't recognize when customers are bending over backwards and going out of their way to accommodate THEM. It should be the other way around. So judgy. They should spend a little more time trying to find a job they like because they suck at this one. If you suck at people don't expect to be paid for helping them when you in fact don't. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I have never been charged so much to ship something at any other ups store. So do yourself a favor and don't go to this one. It's worth the drive to NOT stop here. Seriously. I shipped 2 of the same packages at 2 different ups stores. This one cost me 21$ with free shipping from the companies I was returning to and a different one the same day was 3$. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here. read more

Customer service is key to success in today's society. This UPS location needs to learn how to treat their customers. The female that was working with my wife today is an abomination to your store. There are several UPS locations within this area and I would advise anyone to seek business ELSEWHERE. A simple drop off was all she asked, in return your store will never see the light of another cent of my business. Coach your people on customer service, if you need guidance, please feel free to send me an email; I own 5 hotels within michi, I would know. Merry Christmas. read more

Slow service!! Always slow and only have 1 person working front desk while many more in back talking.

Slow, rude and unreliable. The first time I went there I had a bad experience but chalked it up to it being a one time deal. The second time there was even worse. I'm done with this place. Avoid this store. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Absolutely aweful they claim they are not UPS when you ask for help and simply tell you they can't do anything for you. Super disappointed when they are normally my go to company read more

I really am outdone today. I went there at 0900, and the store hours are clearly posted they open at 0830. The doors were locked and they were obviously still closed. I did some other shopping and came back at 0930. The owner was inside, but the doors were still locked and he seemed to be checking the copiers and registers. At 0930, he unlocked the doors and offered neither apology nor explanation. This is not the first time they opened late. Last year in the winter I waited outside the door, at 0835, while the owner didn't acknowledge me until I got in my car to leave. He then waved at me, but it was too late and I went to another UPS store. Other than these 2 specific instances, there are multiple other bad experiences. The owner is routinely surly and the counter staff are extremely slow. I just wish Amazon would switch to FedEx. read more

I went to this store and attempted to ship a package. When I brought my items in, the guy running the store got a box, put the items in, and said 140.00. I looked at him and he said yep, you pay for what the box can hold not what's actually in it. I am grateful for this guy as he saved me money as I took my items back and left. He was honest from the start and helpful as well. read more

I remember why I never come here. $5 fee to just receive/open an email... and the charges keep adding up from there. Ridiculous.

I had to return a furniture item, Ron came to my house and picked it up the next day for a small fee. There was an issue with the shippers tracking number and my shipment showed as never leaving the UPS facility, I called Mary at the UPS store and she looked into the problem and called me back within 10 minutes with the correct tracking numbers and I was able to get my refund the next day. I would highly recommend this store to anyone that has a package too heavy to carry, lack of transportation or just want to send a package. read more

Have been here several times and the customer service is really slacking. I've been helped by the man that is usually there. He always seems in a bad mood and like I'm a burden by being there or any question I have is stupid. I understand that he might want to get people in and out the door but a little friendliness wouldn't kill you. I'll keep going to USPS instead. read more

The reason went here was I was dropping off a package from a previous online purchase. The store is in a nice location very well maintained. The lady was polite and efficient. I was here previously I had a older man behind the counter, he came across as slightly rude. The lady was much much better. Please note at this location you can not tape any packages up in the store and if you want them to close up a box it will cost you. The ban is posted and the clerk says it is because of insurance. Other local UPS (Dearborn), FEDEX (Taylor), and USPS (Wyandotte) do not ban or charge for this. If you want or need to go to a UPS, I suggest driving to any other UPS store. read more

I have never had a problem sending anything from this store. Staff are friendly and no their stuff

Every time I come to this UPS store I receive professional and great service! Happy it's so close by to where I live as well. The owner and staff are wonderful and always have helped me out when I've come in. Keep up the great work! read more

Service at this location is terrible. They wanted to charge $1.50/box to tape the top closed. The worker told the gentleman in front of me that he had to print his own Amazon return label at home or use their computer which charges $3.00/minute to use. She said the same thing to me. That is not how the Amazon returns work!! You bring them the printed paper copy of the return label. The person working here clearly didn't know what she was doing and hates her job. I will use the friendly store in Brighton where I live. read more

Just dropped off three Amazon returns. I was expecting to pay quite a bit as they were large parcels. While I didn't catch the guy's name who helped me, he was efficient, friendly and explained how the shopping was only $4.75 for about 10 lbs of weight. I will be using this store in the future for my shipping needs, in and out in under 5 minutes. read more

Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received in this store. I have always been a faithful customer, mailing many boxes out of state on the regular. However my last 2 boxes were lost, rather the driver gave them away to someone other than the intended receiver. I paid the extra fee for signature required, never realizing it was up to the drivers discretion on who could sign for my boxes. I thought it had to be the receiver? When my packages didn't make it to the Intended person I made a claim. It took well over 3 months, with many back and forth conversations with the store staff to get this resolved. The people at the store were very abrupt and not friendly at all. They almost seemed irritated that I needed to be reimbursed for my missing items. I felt as if they thought if they put me off long enough I would just go away. I didn't; I kept on top of this situation which seemed to further bother them. I was finally given a check for their insured amount which is only $100 per box, and only partially payed back on my shipping, because they didn't include my extra signature fees. The lady at the counter said they don't reimburse for fees payed. Wow, that's absurd? Overall I would never use this store or UPS again, as they do not value customer loyalty and I'm out a considerable amount of money due to the value of the boxes. My actual rating would be -5 stars if allowed. Buyer beware at this store. read more

What amazing service I received! They really went above and beyond to help me with my package. I love the hometown feeling that was there. I never expected a national chain to give me that feeling.
