I see I am not the only one that has an issue with all of the reviews on Google and Yelp. Again, his employee needs to be re-train regarding customer service and the printing software they are using. If there is a charge that is going to be made you should inform the customer what the charge is going to be and then ask the customer if they are ok with the charge. Then you proceed with the order from there. This will help with customer satisfaction.
