Yes, they are in their boxes because it is far easier for a shoe hoarder to store and organize ones collection. The owner was in the store the day we went in and he helped pick the right box and customised the box so nothing moved and to reduce the cost. There was only one man working (I think there are normally two) and he helped a regular customer in the shop, answered the phone and gave that person courteous service and addressed my needs all at once. Very friendly. I don't have many needs of this kind on a regular basis but when I do, I will definitely bring it here.
