A first time visit at this Weston location. Not much available close parking but only need one space. The front of the store was clean and the three young men at the counter were all working quickly and efficiently. I've been to many UPS Stores in Broward dropping off Amazon returns and this staff operates in unison like a well oiled machine. Always have great service here! The staff is very courteous and attentive! Mainly use them for Amazon returns and it is pain-free!

After many weeks, I was finally able to speak with the owner of this UPS location and she shared with me the procedural changes she made to the delivery and acceptance of packages to minimize lost packages. She also reached out to some of the shippers personally to stop them from leaving packages outside and to make sure the drivers were following protocol for deliveries. Things seem more organized and I have not had any more packages lost since, so I'm thankful that my concerns seem to have been addressed. read more

I had a terrible experience with this store. When I shipped my phone, the staff asked what was inside. I told them it was an iPhone. Since the insurance fee was extremely high, I opted for next-day delivery without it. Unfortunately, the package went missing and there was no tracking information available. When I reported the incident to the store manager, Mike, he dismissed my concern by saying this happens often and that others have lost packages worth up to $4,000--implying I should be fine with my $1,000 loss. He blamed the warehouse for the theft and refused to check the store's security cameras. The customer service was unacceptable, and there was no sense of responsibility or support. I strongly advise against using this store, especially for shipping valuable items. read more

I don't recommend this UPS store for any returns to Amazon or any ups returns. I have been a customer for a long time and I am looking for a new UPS Store near by . This location has lost Several of my returns to Amazon never received back. I had to pay for the items. Then another return Never got to the destination yesterday I had to bring back a package that was returned back to my home not to the return label. The label was not scanned. I'm waiting to find out if the return actually made it to Venus. The way the owner explained the error done by the man on the register seemed so careless for the customer. read more

I was a customer in this UPS store and received excellent service from Marilyn (employee who works there) during my visit. I was extremely satisfied with the service Marilyn provided. She helped me tremendously. She was very patient, courteous, and professional. The 3 mail-items I had needed to mail, one of which was to be sent overseas, were all taken care of magnificently well by Marilyn. She went above-and-beyond to assist me in taking care of my requests. She even made a call to UPS authorities for me during my visit to ask them about my overseas item as it pertained to customs and shipping options, since my item presented unique circumstances. The UPS store is a place you go to make copies, ship items and drop off Amazon packages.. pretty simple, right? Unfortunately, my local UPS store makes things difficult and so unpleasant. In fact, I have never met such an unhappy, unhelpful individual as Mike at this UPS store. I have had 2 interactions with him and will now drive out of my way to avoid this store at all costs because of how I have been treated by this person both in person and over the phone. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The same man works every single time we're there and he's always a jerk to customers and if you try to go and bring a zip drive and try to print even one copy they will not only charge you the $.15 for the copy but they'll charge you four dollars just to use their computer to pull up your document to print. Ultimately you'll pay $4.15 just to get one copy printed. There never friendly when you try to mail a package and the staff is always rude. Take my advice and take your packages and print jobs elsewhere. For a cheaper cost and to get service with a smile go to Office Depot or any other local store in Weston. read more
