How have I not left a review for my favorite Fedex Print Shop yet?!…read more This Fedex office is located right across the Westfork Plaza on Pines Blvd close to Total Wine, Jeremiah's, and next to Burgerfi. I come here more often than I'd like to admit but they always come in clutch for all my printing needs! I want to give a shout out to the staff because everyone that I've interacted with here is exceptional, but I have to give a specific shout out to Brandon! He always helps me out when I need things printed a certain way or even for my last minute prints. This location is a bit smaller than other locations but has everything you would need. From self service printing/copying/faxing to the work stations, you can get what you need here!

Well, there was a 10 day commitment date to have them delivered to me. I literally cannot get through on the phone to Fedex, the main number. They never connect me to a human. So, I stopped by here to get some answers. The line moved very slow. The woman who helped me was not so helpful. She told me she had no information. I ended up going to someone else because I knew that wasn't true. Why do some employees not want to be helpful? I ended up getting a tracking sheet from a nice and helpful gentleman working there. Overall, I will go to a different Fedex location should I need help in the future.

The people who work here are always helpful when I want to send parcels. If there is any downside that I've experienced, it's that I don't have access to my box during non-business hours. This is counter-balanced by the fact that they send me a text message every time I receive mail or a package, so I don't have to drive there everyday just to check whether I received anything.
