I walked into UPS and the woman behind the counter was working on something. She immediately noticed me and was quick to ask what I needed to send out. She was very patient with me when identifying what size box to use for the gift I was sending. She answered all of my questions when it came to how much $$ I'd spend if I wanted it to be delivered quickly, if I wanted extra packing for fragile items, etc. The whole exchange was quick and easy. If you ever need to send packages I recommend this place with friendly service. Now all I have to do is wait to hear back about the baby gifts I sent and bask in the glory of being the best auntie with the best gifts. read more

The parking is well marked and convenient for access to their store without fighting with the surrounding areas. The toughest part is getting into or out of the shopping center! The outside is clean and well maintained and the automatic doors make it easy to walk in or out with merchandise. They not only have Amazon but also have a fed ex and ups counter, so they offer many other conveniences. Another great thing they offer is electronics recycling. So if you have old phones, computers, printers, etc. they have a free drop off service for you here. The floor is well marked taking you straight to the return counter. Where today Sam was extremely helpful and courteous! It only took a second to scan my return and get a receipt.with the printing of the receipt they offer you a coupon towards a purchase of any item from their store. My coupon today was worth 20% and is good for a few days.
