Trash customer service. I was trying to get a label printed at this location. They advised me it was a three dollar fee. I advised them that most UPS stores were only a dollar. The employee then indicated then maybe I should go to those locations instead. Lady had an attitude. She said usually people print the label before they come to the store. Well Lady not everyone has access to a printer. Check your privilege. I will not return. It wasn't the fact that it was three dollar fee. The problem is how she responded. On top of that I was with my child. And other customers were in the store. Shame. read more

If I could give them 6 stars I would! The team members here are not only super friendly they were also very helpful. We will go out of our way to come to this location. We had a lot of returns and the gentleman who helped us out told us to take our time while he navigated the returns QUICKLY. I highly reccomend using this location as your home store! read more

Bad customer service they were rude didn't even greet me acknowledge me when I came in mind you one customer was being helped and another register with two employees was open . I had to mail something out for a Mercari order they tried telling me usually for that people bring they own packaging and were trying to send me on my way and tell me they deal with Mercari orders all day. They mailed my package out but it should have been simple y'all are a UPS Store and send packages out and you were going to turn me away tell me to bring my own packaging and yall had something for me the whole time. I had an Amazon return and the UPS store was where I was instructed to take it and I found this location was in my area. It's in a strip mall across from crispy cream with a bbq place and an ice cream shop with plenty of parking. The employee was a friendly guy on a Sunday afternoon and I was in and out with no issues. read more

I normally have a wonderful time at this store. They make every transaction swift, pleasant, and professional. The first time, however, I met the white female employee with glasses, she was rude and short with me. I gave her the benefit of doubt and chalked it up to a bad day so I kept it moving. Nope it was intentional. Before I mailed a PC case today, I noted how pleasant and polite she was with the white lady before me and thought she was in a better mood today. Unfortunately I ended up getting her next so, as usual, I pleasantly greeted her. She was totally unpleasant yet, to be fair, professional during my transaction. I said thank you and goodbye and stepped to the counter near the entrance, reviewing my receipt. Noted: I got no goodbye like the previous patron... just silence. The white lady behind me gets up there and lo and behold said white female employee greets her and seems to suddenly remember how to be pleasant. At the end of their transaction, she sends the lady off with a chipper goodbye. So once I got into my car, I called the store to speak with the manager and said employee answered and said that SHE was the manager. I told her I was unimpressed with the employee's behavior and wanted to lodge a complaint. She said she'll tell her when she comes back. I told her that I think she's the one I dealt with so I'll be sending in a review and speaking to corporate. To that she flippantly said: "ok!" I don't regularly visit the UPS Store but I needed to send back my AT&T modem. The young man working was super helpful and ensured that I had my tracking number for the sent package. I noticed a line forming behind me, he acknowledged them but wanted to make sure I was set. Good customer service does exist and when I experience it, it's necessary for me to say something. I recently shipped a Christmas gift to someone and it contained fragile items that needed to be bubble wrapped and I wanted the package to be handled with care. I found out that only one item was bubble wrapped, that the other one shattered, and nowhere on the box did it say handle with care or fragile as requested. Last time I use UPS, let alone this location. read more

I always have a great experience all around at this UPS store. I've been to this location multiple times now. Every single time seems to be better than the last. Staff is always knowledgeable and very helpful. Plus they will answer any questions you have. There are two UPS stores closer to my work. Stop there today because I needed some copies made. Being at home don't have a printer now. Was very very surprised to see #1 no hand sanitizer for customers, #2 no wipes for customers #3 none of the employees were wearing masks, #4 employees were standing right next to each other, #5 no plexiglass or barrier or anything near the check out.With the virus going around this is rather unacceptable. So I decided to ship a package once without a receipt because the line was long, the package was lost and we never received a refund for it. We talked to the manager and he said we would not steal the package and that they get paid good money to even think of such a thing but that was not the point I was trying to make. The package was lost and I just wanted just to find out where it was and how to go about finding it. He just told me to take our packages to the larger facility when we have too many packaged but it is really out of our way. We pay good money and expect common courtesy not rudeness for a lost package. The staff are great and hard worker so this has nothing to do with them and the reason why I gave this ups 2 stars. read more

Today I was at the UPS Store to consolidate boxes and mail the belongings of a deceased friend to his next of kin in another State. Michael was absolutely fantastic and compassionate. He assisted me in making recommendations, helping, and then speaking with the next of kin to pay for the packing and mailing expenses. He had a line out the door and his multi-tasking while acknowledging each and every customer was truly remarkable. Haven't seen that kind of customer service in a lonnnnnggggg time. He also acknowledged his sympathy to me as well as the next of kin on the phone. Just need to say Michael you made my day and I thank you for your kindness and support in one of my hard tasks for the day. read more

There was a blonde man working there today about 30-35 who was incredibly rude to myself and two other women waiting in line about shipping back Amazon prime orders (it's right after Christmas season) - something the UPS store is partnered to do. He was so rude to the point that I left the store and took the rest of my packages to another UPS location down the street on Burleigh. He had refused to take my packages, saying that he would have to repackage them himself and charge me additional shipping (even though this is a service UPS has agreed to with Amazon). When I took them to the other location they processed them with no problem. When I told him he was being rude he blamed his tone on wearing a mask. read more

Outstanding service and shipping/packaging! They packed and shipped a fourteen pound vintage arcade system for me, and it arrived in perfect condition. They have helped me carry 100 pounds of books into the store, just to get a quote. It's more expensive than USPS, but if you are looking for service and quality, this is your place! read more

Had the opportunity to use the West Allis UPS store yesterday. Had to ship an item to my son in Army Boot Camp. They wrapped it, boxed it, and shipped it for a nominal fee. Awesome guys! Ive used them twice before and they always come through for me. Best shipper in town, easy in easy out. read more
