I always have a great experience all around at this UPS store…read more I've been to this location multiple times now. Every single time seems to be better than the last. Staff is always knowledgeable and very helpful. Plus they will answer any questions you have. There are two UPS stores closer to my work. But I'll gladly drive a little out of my way for customer service like that. This is my first time posting something on yelp. Just thought people needed to know how great of a store this is. Keep up the good work!

The employee then indicated then maybe I should go to those locations instead. Lady had an attitude. She said usually people print the label before they come to the store. Well Lady not everyone has access to a printer. Check your privilege. I will not return. It wasn't the fact that it was three dollar fee. The problem is how she responded. On top of that I was with my child. And other customers were in the store. Shame.

I am just following up from a phone call that I placed after receiving an order delivered to me. I…read morewent on your website to place an order for (2) rolls of 24x500 Opaque Bond Plotter paper. When I looked at the picture it showed TWO rolls in ONE Box. I ordered TWO believing I would receive TWO BOXES each containing two rolls in each box. What I received was two rolls in one box. When I called, I was then told down further in the description it states the price listed is per roll, but two rolls are in one box. That seems to be deceptive marketing on your website, which I told the person on the phone...all I got was Sorry. So, what I thought was less expensive is now more expensive for the paper itself and the delivery/shipping fee than I can purchase elsewhere. I will now be purchasing elsewhere.
