    The least helpful and just plain nasty UPS store. Consistently rude and disrespectful. Last time I give them a shot.

    They tried to charge me a taping fee to ship a package with a Return Label in it......I didn't drop the package off because of it!

    literally, the dumbest idea ever. pay 800$ to put your boxes in one large box that you have to pay…read more$230 dollars for them to bring upto your apartment (how am I supposed to transport a box that is 5 feet by 4 feet by 5 feet??) and throw away. Wasting money. Total sham. I was told 2 weeks, and I wont be getting my stuff until almost 3 weeks. I actually cannot believe I paid these people a dime. They went above and beyond. I JUST unpacked my crate with the paintings that prompted me to use them over a regular mover in the first place and I can't overstate how much care went into packing them. They went the extra mile. Even the guy who delivered the pallets to me in Seattle said he could tell true professionals prepared my shipment. I wish someone had written a review on Yelp! before I found them, it would have put my mind at ease but I really had nothing to worry about. They were quick. I found out I had to move across country 2 days before Thanksgiving! The guy who first took my call was polite and followed up several times to help make sure I could start moving ASAP after the holiday. Then the guys who picked up my stuff were true professionals. Watching them pack my stuff for transport to the warehouse was a thing of beauty. And they were just nice guys on top of it all. Then the guys dealing with my paperwork and the timing of my delivery were equally as nice. I had to store my stuff for a fuzzy amount of time because of problems nailing down a move-in date in Seattle. It was not a problem, even though it was the holiday. My move in date got moved up so they had to trigger my move a week or two early, and they timed it perfectly to the day! I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming. If I ever move back east, I want these guys to take care of my move. Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!!

    This review is just a FYI for eBay shippers. I ship many items from eBay using a QR code and…read morerecently decided to start using UPS because FedEx rates are going up. Just keep in mind this UPS location does not accept QR codes. The label has to already be printed to drop off here. They will tell you to go to The UPS Store to get a label printed which I did and got the label. Seems odd to me being they are UPS but according to the customer service guy at the counter here he has no idea if they will ever accept QR codes. Hope this helps the next guy not waste time coming here.

    Delivery of my package (needed for my BUSINESS) was attempted Friday 4/17/26. I pulled into my…read moredriveway, saw the tag on my door, AND saw the UPS trump 2 houses down. I frantically waved, but driver wouldn't come back. I called UPS and somehow got the delivery rescheduled for later that day, but requested after I got back from a medical appointment. Driver came back earlier than requested (before I got back), and left an "annoyed" note ... UPS online updated the next attempt for Saturday. Never showed up. Then for Monday. Never showed up ... by Monday night, there was NO STATUS, and despite over a dozen calls including to supervisors, my package still can't be located ... are they kidding? ... Now it's Wednesday 7pm ... If that wasn't enough, ANOTHER package (for my business) was scheduled for 3:15-5:15 TODAY ... AGAIN, it was a no-show ... Actually, I don't blame the drivers, nor phone staff ... I blame CAROL TOME, the CEO of UPS for massively cutting staff, and negatively affecting customers ... Why should someone being paid $24.1M a year, with a 2023 CEO-to-median worker pay ratio of 436-to-1 care about her customers? ... She's only interested in profits and the opinions of investors ...
