I've never been to this location before. I had the easiest Amazon return. Two QR codes for four items couldn't be more simple. Bob, who was working the register, made some kind of snarky comment to me along the lines that I had too much time on my hands.. excuse me sir you don't know anything about me. It was a very uncomfortable interaction and honestly I just didn't really appreciate that kind of comment as the first thing being said to me. Really rubbed me the wrong way. I did a lap around the store to look for a manager, none in sight. Please have your employees brush up on their customer service skills because that is not an appropriate comment. read more

Tech support gets an A for service and professionalism. Store manager however, gets a C- for lack requisite follow-up with respect to a post sales issue. Not very wise, considering we're local businesses owners... read more

Rude manager and inaccurate sales associate. Please see below. Always an issue at this location. Constant turn over. read more

Staples - Print center - Shipping Centers Near Me - Sea Girt, New Jersey

I actually just went there to do a return at the UPS drop off. There was a young lady named Sam working that area as well as the print service. There were 2 other customers before me, one of whom was a bit difficult. Sam took the time to acknowledge my presence and to assure me that she'd be with me asap. I've been in retail for close to 30 years and it's always such a pleasure to watch someone doing their job so well! I hope that she is well compensated as she is definitely an asset to the store and to the Staples brand. At checkout I was assisted by another very pleasant employee named Noah who is also an asset to the store. Lynn Donahue read more

Excellent customer service! Special shout out to Nicole in the photo center for helping me out of an electronic jam and cashier Melissa for being so pleasant and kind. The manager (who I didn't get his name) was so helpful as well. This all happened 10 minutes before they closed. Great location! read more

This is your typical Staples store, although it is not as big as some others I've seen. It is located in Route 35 next to the Joseph A. Banks. Staples shares a parking lot with Joseph A. Banks, but I have always been able to get a pretty good spot here. The staff is pretty nice, they don't go out of their way to help you. But if you approach them with a question they are normally pretty helpful. The aisles can get pretty confusing. I have run into a pricing problem here before. The price online was much cheaper than the price in the store. The staff was helpful though, and gave me the cheaper internet price. I normally like to google a coupon before going to Staples and they are pretty accepting of them. Whats on the shelves is what is in stock! If you need a large amount of something- this is not the place to go. read more

I had a speaking engagement on October 23rd and although I had thought about making business cards I procrastinated in creating and purchasing them. On the 22nd I created business cards with ease and precision in Staples.com. I chose to have them created at this store since it was on my way to my speaking engagement. An HOUR before I'd be passing Staples I called to inquire as to whether or not my cards would be ready. Kayla, the young lady who answered my call was kind and courteous and offered me expedited shipping and a minimal extra cost. It was well worth the small fee but Kayla did explain that she had several people ahead of me but that she would do her very best. Kayla came through! She was literally cutting the last of my business cards to box when I entered the store! The customer service I received was above par! Thank you Kayla! Thank you Staples! read more

My husband stopped there for ink and found toilet paper, so he bought it. He didn't realize they charged him $57 for it. I think that's illegal. Right? read more

I stopped in there Friday evening to look at backpacks. They had a jansport piece that had been marked down from $65 to $44.99 to $15. I brought it up to the cashier to check out and the bar code said $64.99 I showed her the yellow markdown with the $15 on it. She was a clueless casher that did not call a manager. I guess minimum wage gets little or no effort. Lousy customer service as usuall. I should have taken pics of the mark papers but I did not think of it at the time. read more

Most Staples have that generic feel to them, carefully designed so that you feel the store is familiar no matter where you are. The same bright, clean standards apply to this location. While I am generally a fan, this location seems smaller than many others, and therefore the selection is very limited. Usually all that's in stock is on the shelves, and often that means you can only a find a couple of any particular item. Great for last minute school projects, less so far larger office quanitities. read more

Worked with John at the Sea Girt Staples. He was professional, courteous and very patient. Terrific employee.

Copy and print center is horrible. Right hand has no idea what the left is doing. They tell you they'll call and just don't. A really bad experience. Never again. read more

They kicked me out and when I asked if they had Foohy erasers they were like "no". THEY DIDNT EVEN CHECK.

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE SCREEN REPAIRED HERE. First, they use second rate parts (Werx screens instead of Apple products). I brought my wife's iPhone 5S in to repair a cracked screen. Simon, the tech, managed to set the screen wrong (it "gave" when you pushed on it). He also somehow messed up the home button so it only pressed when you hit the upper right corner of it, and the Touch ID stopped working. I then tried to bring it to Apple to fix this, and Apple won't touch it because it has 3rd party parts. We ended up having to buy a new phone. John and Edmund at Staples wouldn't do anything other than 1) offer to take the screen off for me and refund my money (leaving me with a screenless phone) or 2) offer to take the phone from me, and send it off to be hopefully/theoretically fixed and then give it back to me (but not refund my money). The whole point of this was to get it fixed in 45 minutes, not to lose the phone for days. Very unhappy with them. I'm suing in small claims for my refund, and compensation. read more
