I have let them in through my intercom and they still will leave a slip saying sorry we missed you. They did not miss me. They do not deliver anything but slips. It is inconvenient for me to go two hours out of my way to go to their facility and pick up my parcel, and even if it wasn't inconvenient, they are a *delivery service*. They should not be falsely advertising themselves as a delivery service- if they do not want to deliver to people, perhaps they should just keep the parcels at the facility and make no delivery attempts. They do not deliver. It is even worse that they lie and say they have tried to deliver. I am not sure how to be able to stop using this terrible company- it seems as if nobody has a choice- but I sure want to find out. To recap: they lie and say they deliver and they NEVER do (I have done this at least five or so times). They will always hold parcels at their facility. They are not a delivery service but a storage facility but have decided to lie and say that they deliver when I can clearly see at least five of their slips on the front door of my apartment every single day. Now I have to wait for another one to be shipped out AGAIN. If Purolator staff cared about their job this would not happen. I've never seen such poor ratings of a business ANYWHERE.
