He came by a week later and looked at it and left. After numerous calls to him he never returned my calls ,the I went through LG 4 times and still no action. I have never in all my 78 years seen such terrible service from both LG and Fairway. It has now been over 4 months and I still am in the dark and feel I have wasted $540.40 which I must now swallow I guess because nobody is interested in replacing the defective circuit board.

Upon requesting to make an appointment the receptionist there replied with "I don't know, you know we're really busy". Are you kidding me? Too busy to make an appointment? It could have been in two months down the road, but the receptionist didn't even let me explain my lack or urgency. Very disappointed! If I said anything close to that to my customers; guess what, I wouldn't have any. To me, Chapman Rhoda doesn't deserve business if that is how they speak to new clients. "Eek! David and his crew were great in getting the truck unloaded in good time. I 100% recommend this company when moving locally or long distance. Great to support a local growing company. Then about 3 months later the actual top of my screen popped out which also cracked my screen. I look at the screen where it popped out and you can clearly actual screen and the LED glue separating. I took it back in after 3 months of having it done and the guy says tells me it's water damage which is ridiculous because I use a waterproof case and regardless I've dropped previous iPhones in a hot tub and have never had the screen delaminate or have white dots and lines appear. My conclusion is terribe work done , terrible cheap parts being used but they still charge you 200$.
