It could have been in two months down the road, but the receptionist didn't even let me explain my lack or urgency. Very disappointed! If I said anything close to that to my customers; guess what, I wouldn't have any. To me, Chapman Rhoda doesn't deserve business if that is how they speak to new clients. "Eek! Tyler Kristiansen installed a new circuit panel in my LG fridge after installation the light was…read morenot working and he asked me to turn power off for 5 minutes and back on to fix the problem ,it did not work. He came by a week later and looked at it and left. After numerous calls to him he never returned my calls ,the I went through LG 4 times and still no action. I have never in all my 78 years seen such terrible service from both LG and Fairway. It has now been over 4 months and I still am in the dark and feel I have wasted $540.40 which I must now swallow I guess because nobody is interested in replacing the defective circuit board.
