It's a small shop but they have full mailing and posting services including boxes and packing materials and envelopes. A full-size copier, too. Mailboxes. Printing services. The gent who helped me was very kind. I did buy the mailing tube from him, but I also got some rubbish cardboard to hold a flat print safe in my backpack. Sharp scissors let me cut the cardboard to fit. Super helpful!

They ring the buzzer (which rings 3 times ) then just as you are about to pick it up....it stops , and away goes UPS.... I was eagerly waiting with my UPS tracking screen on and my paranoia vision TV Security channel on. Nothing ... I had called UPS to ask that they send a message to the driver, that if there was no response to the buzzer, to please call me. I would go down. Imagine my surprise, when after wasting my entire day waiting around- that the status had changed online to Delivery Attempt - No answer! They had not even tried to ring buzzer or call me. I was not happy. I called to ask that they drop it off at The UPS store. They did! I called and asked if I could come pick it up (yes before 6 pm) I arrive, barely had to wait, my package was given to me after I showed ID, I signed and was on my way home with my new Fredrick's of Hollywood Lingerie! This was the second time I brought a package to be shipped with a prepaid Fedex label. The first…read moretime was fine, the clerk assisted me with packing my item securely in a Fedex box. But the second time was a disaster. The clerk said she could not give me a Fedex box to fit my laptop because they are only for air courier and this label was for ground. OK, I guess. So she took a padded bubble envelope as the packing, then put it inside a leftover Aritzia box that was larger than the item. Mind you I paid $5 for this packing service. Then she processed the label. I got a video today from the laptop repair service showing that the computer arrived at the shop significantly damaged due to bad packing. So now I am out an entire laptop. Never use this shop. They don't know what they are doing.

I was on time for a 9:00am opening, as I had to pick the package up and head straight to work from there. No one came to open the store - I waited until 9:55am and STILL no one was arriving to open the store. I had to leave as I was getting cold, too late for work and parking was getting expensive. Several other people came and went. I checked the reviews and sure enough, SEVERAL people have complained about this company and its poor service and tardiness. I called Mayfair Services at 10:30am when I got to work and the person (i believe he was the owner) who answered, informed me that the late opening of the store was a "one-off" incident - which clearly wasn't the case based on the reviews. This company DOES NOT CARE about anyone else's time and is extraordinarily poorly run. If you post hours of operation on your door, ensure you have staff be on time to open your store. Furthermore, my son's $750 3D Printer is still sitting, pride of place, in the front window asking to be stolen. An official complaint against this pathetic company, has now been filed with FedEx. Infuriating. Don't use their services...they are a total waste of time. ***Update*** I went back at lunch hour to collect my son's package. I gave the guy my Door Tag number and he gave me the package. Once I received the package, I let him know how unprofessional I thought his business was and that he totally wasted my time. He told me to "Get Out" and called me an "Asshole". Lovely. Don't use this company - all the poor reviews very much track with my experience today.

When you're running a business, vendors like The Printing House are a godsend. I notice another reviewer complaining about pricing: for me, we switched to TPH because our previous supplier was overcharging and not providing good service. With TPH, we're getting better service and pricing. If you want something done right, this is the place to go.

It'd be great if they could even just have one machine set up for self-service. I guess what TPH specializes in are larger, "serious" print jobs, like posters, brochures, books and the like. Still, my impression is that they are quite expensive, and friends who've used TPH for such jobs concur.
