In every instance, Jess and the rest of the team at TPH are absolutely fantastic. Their prices are fair and they always go the extra mile to make the process easy for us. When you're running a business, vendors like The Printing House are a godsend. I notice another reviewer complaining about pricing: for me, we switched to TPH because our previous supplier was overcharging and not providing good service. With TPH, we're getting better service and pricing. If you want something done right, this is the place to go.

It'd be great if they could even just have one machine set up for self-service. I guess what TPH specializes in are larger, "serious" print jobs, like posters, brochures, books and the like. Still, my impression is that they are quite expensive, and friends who've used TPH for such jobs concur.

These days it is extremely rare to find serious efficiency, craft, professionalism, AND a sincere, genuinely warm and PROUD service ethic... which is sad! Well, Graham and crew make me VERY happy. There is a 'heart' to his business, and he's found a way to wear it on his sleeve without sacrificing any of the essential high standards his clients need to expect, every time they place an order. I am extremely fortunate to have found his services.

When I came to point this out to them 4 months after the job was printed, they just laughed, like it was real funny. This was a printing job that cost me over $6000. They literally did not care. I could not make them understand or even accept what a major inconvenience this was. They literally acted like I was a nuisance, bothering them. I just can't imagine any professional business behaving in this manner. Never again.

Their service could be better. Much better because I came in wanting to print a funeral program. And the guy asked for my USB which I gave him. And he didn't even ask me to come over to the computer with him. He just looked at me as if I didn't know what to do (which I didn't cause he never said anything to me). The staff could definitely be friendlier. The service there felt cold. Perhaps it was because it's a Saturday morning. But still. You're at work. And if you're at work. You gotta be prepared to give the best type of service you can offer and give when you're at work. I would still recommend this company if you needed something to print. But like everything else. If they don't improve. Time to move on cause there are companies that do take their service seriously.

UPS delivery is always a pain in my ass…read more They give a 10 hour window of time as to when they will come by. They ring the buzzer (which rings 3 times ) then just as you are about to pick it up....it stops , and away goes UPS.... I was eagerly waiting with my UPS tracking screen on and my paranoia vision TV Security channel on. Nothing ... I had called UPS to ask that they send a message to the driver, that if there was no response to the buzzer, to please call me. I would go down. Imagine my surprise, when after wasting my entire day waiting around- that the status had changed online to Delivery Attempt - No answer! They had not even tried to ring buzzer or call me. I was not happy. I called to ask that they drop it off at The UPS store. They did! I called and asked if I could come pick it up (yes before 6 pm) I arrive, barely had to wait, my package was given to me after I showed ID, I signed and was on my way home with my new Fredrick's of Hollywood Lingerie! How easy was that ???
