Once a package was EVEN delivered and left in my barn drive way on the back of my pick up and it was a prescription for a neighbor and not even for me. It had a TOTALLY DIFFERENT ADDRESS AND A DIFFERENT NAME ON IT!!!!! Today another package addressed to be at my address was delivered to a totally different street but a very kind neighbor brought it over to me and said this was the 4th time he had received packages addressed to me at his address!!!!! I just called customer service and spoke with a manager named Deana who did have an accent and I had to repeat my address 8 times and SHE STILL COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT!!!! I will call again on Monday and hopefully get someone who can understand me. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH FED EX??????

Sometimes the service is very poor and the kids they hire are not trained, in my opinion. They need better management . I was told by an employee that the manager just sits in printing dept and stares at her computer and ignores customers. I would give a ZERO Rating if I could . She never welcomes anyone. They say they do not sell many computers from the store for certain reasons so they tell you to buy online. I have to say I went to best buy and the service was way above board. They did not tell me to go home and order online. The one gal and a few of the former guys I have gotten great service from in tech are nice. I really used to like the store but I really do not feel welcome when I come there. It has changed so much!!

I struggling to navigate the printing process and asked for help from a tall brown haired woman, and she said a couple of things I couldn't hear and walked away. Finally my partner came to help, he couldn't figure it out either. The brown haired woman was right next to us, throwing away papers. She looked over, seeing us struggling and didn't even offer any help. She and the white haired woman kept looking over, but didn't help. There was another woman behind us and asked for personal help as we were struggling, and the women working there told her to just wait behind us. Good to know they aren't customer oriented.

They act as if every customer is really annoying, and putting them out, while observing and experiencing my last few visits with this store. Maybe they should check into seeing if UPS would raise the hourly wage to help retain and keep more pleasant owners, staff, and employees of working age, to help create smoother transactions that don't irritate the job working day. I highly recommend going to another store, even in another tow, to help you with your UPS needs. Shame on UPS, for not keeping up with who is representing their company.
