2A people BEWARE of this store. Very disappointed in this UPS, franchise store location. They do not follow UPS shipping guidelines.. Had a customer try to send back a Holster literally a piece of leather that is not under any kind of government restrictions And they refuse to ship it because it is Gun related. I talked to the manger over the phone and she verified this. I also DM them on face book and ask the same questions and was told they are a franchise and they will not ship anything Gun related. Which leads me to believe that the owner of this franchise is anti-2A, and that's fine, and I do understand having restrictions and following the UPS shipping policies, but we are talking about a leather holster, and this does not break any UPS shipping policies. I never do reviews on these things because I am older and I don't know how to get on here. I felt very compelled to do one because they are always so incredibly busy and no matter how long the lines are, they are very helpful. Today I was having a terrible day and was very disorganized. The young lady, Jazzy was kind enough to not only show so much patience with me but the other 5 to 10 people she helped before me. She even took my USPS packages that I wrongly brought in to my car. She was warm, efficient and showed the type of customer service I do not see anymore. Thank you for making an old lady feel like a part of the world. read more

Can't give these guys a bad review???? My wife took some gifts there to be packed and shipped. Long story short, my daughter got the box and one of the gifts wasn't in the box. Ironically, it was the "Big Gift" (A $95 Western Shirt). The paperwork said 7 gifts, but only 6 were in the box. This isn't the only UPS Store I've had similar problems with. I've gotten packages with completely different items in them. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER entrust these morons to do the packing for you! It's bad enough worrying about whether it will either show up or get pinched by porch pirates let alone wondering if everything made it in the box. read more

My sister and I brought in nine boxes of household items to be sent from Tyler, TX to California and to Arizona less than an hour before closing on a Friday evening. As Amanda accepted each box, she checked it to see if it was packed okay. In several instances, my packers at home failed to put in enough padding to ensure nothing would break. Amanda offered to repack several of the boxes and to ensure there was enough padding. She was cheerful, efficient and so very helpful. The boxes were labeled correctly and waiting to be shipped on Monday morning. The receipt Amanda gave me with the tracking numbers had the addresses added by hand (by Amanda) so I could send the tracking numbers to the recipients. Refused to refund money for overnight delivery that didnt happen. Owner claimed they had "no connection to UPS and were a franchise mail service". Gave instructions to contact UPS for refund. ( UPS says this is COMPLETE OPPOSITE of policy). EPIC FAIL. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

I am livid! I own a Veterinary clinic and expect medications everyday. I am at the end of route, and the manager refuses to change it. They deliver to all the homes, way out on county roads. Businesses are deliver last. I am 1/2 mile from the intersection of 2 major highways. We close at 5:30, and they are trying to deliver at 8:00. I've been here working late twice and have caught them. When I'm not here, which is most nights, they take my medications - which are typically cold, back to the dock and try again the next night. I'm getting them hot and have to wait for the company to ship me more - and hoping that I get them before they get hot again. I have animals on insulin, and lots of other meds - it is CRITICAL that I receive this - they can die without it!!!! I have tried to call everyone under the sun - nobody will talk to me. I'm frustrated beyond belief. This is absolutely horrible!!! read more

Love this place! I have always had a very poor experience with usps in any of the several states I've lived in over the years. However, UPS has always been wonderful and this store is no exception to the rule! I get all of my mail and packages delivered to my ups box and I never have to worry about items getting lost, sent back, or post office "holding" my mail! I also don't really like that my personal residence is given to ANYONE I get mail from, AND anyone the sender does business with. Having my mail at this location adds an extra level of security which is very important to any woman living alone, or a family that wants added security for their children. To top it off, the local UPS staff is warm, welcoming, and helpful! I would recommend getting your mail here over a PO Box or your personal residence any day! Your mail will be safe, your personal address remains private, and knowledgeable staff will help you with anything you need! read more

Wow! The girl that was working this morning was EXTREMELY RUDE! She seems very agitated that I didn't know the exact dimensions of the box I needed. I tried my best to give her the best idea of what I needed. I won't recommend or be back to this location! read more
