I WOULD GIVE THIS STORE A HALF OF A STAR IF I HAD THE OPTION...! THIS UPS STORE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND GROSSLY INCOMPETENT... Their prices are exorbitant and the quality of their customer service is below par. Not only did they lose my package but they offered no compensation for it or the service I received!!! MAJOR FAIL!!! The manager took almost a week to get back to me and was arrogant and unapologetic when he returned my call. AWFUL SERVICE!!! read more

Terrible customer service, perhaps they only care about business/frequent customers (albeit from other reviews even that does not seem the case); for the other customers, it looks like they're only trying to milk them with unnecessary services and charges, not only without asking, but even when specifically prompted to use a different option. read more

Excellent service. Sean was so helpful, attentive, and kind. He guided me through my international shipment process. Simply the best shipment service experience I've ever received. read more

This has become my go-to UPS store. Staff very helpful and customer friendly. Has a few short term designated parking slots in front of store. read more

Horrible customer service!!!!! Wait outside in the scorching heat only to enter and be treated like absolutely garbage. Don't rush your customers if you want them to have time to read all the signs posted randomly in the store.I will not be back here. read more

Every time I've been here the people are so nice . Even the time my matcha latte spilled all over their computer . Today there was no spillage but it is Christmas ams Covid 19 and I thought they did great . The guy with the " terrible towel " face mask was so kind to me . Merry Christmas! read more

$5 to print a shipping label? That's crazy. Stay away from this robbery. The customer service was rude about me questioning their "computer charge" for a $5 shipping label. Next time I'll restock on printer ink. read more

I had a series of boxes and several framed pieces to ship. The store in Towson did an amazing job. Everything arrived at their respective places without damage and very well protected. read more

The antique item was picked up, very well packed and delivered promptly. Everyone was polite and one of the best delivery sources. I will always use them and especially for antiques. read more

The team here is friendly and efficient. Make it easy to use. They keep the line organized and moving smoothly

If your package is time sensitive, do not go here. They will lie, not give you correct options, and then argue with you when your package does not arrive on time. Go somewhere else! read more

the most annoying company sending repeat emails to review them, 7 years later I'm telling you not to make the mistake of going here

Excellent service! They processed everything quickly and affordably. In addition, they are a pleasure to work with personally.

Had a few Amazon returns and I have to say this place is organized and efficient. The guy at the counter had both registers open and man he rocked them both. When I first came in I thought wow he he was doing returns and more he was great you gotta come here for your Amazon returns and all of your mailing needs. Way better than the post office read more

This has been my go-to mail drop for years BUT, I took a 9x12 envelope to send to Portugal and was told it would take more than $100 to send it by UPS. I said I didn't want to send it by UPS but wanted the cheapest method. I was told this was the least expensive options and there were no alternatives. I took the envelop to the post office and sent it for $7. Not sure this is still my go to shipping location. read more

Always friendly, accommodating and quite reasonable. My auction items always arrive promptly and we'll packed.

This particular UPS location was one I frequently used, but not anymore. My customer service experience was unacceptable and therefore I will be using another UPS location going forward. I came in this store about two weeks ago to leave an Amazon package. There was a customer in front of me being served by a middle age male. When this individual finished with the customer, he worked away without acknowledging me and started doing something else while I stood there. I had to say, "are you going to assist me today". It was obvious he didn't want to serve me, so I left the Amazon package, requested a receipt and walked out with the intention of never going back to that location. read more

I shipped a desktop computer to college for my son. The declared value of the computer was $1500. I paid in excess of $150 to shipping it insured. The computer arrived damaged. UPS flat out denied the claim for damage. I contacted the franchise owner, who said he would get UPS to re-examine the claim. I have had no further communication from him despite several emails and going to the store to leave a message asking him to call me. read more

This review is for the UPS store in Towson near Macy's. It's terrible. Did you know that UPS stores are individually franchised? And they can charge whatever they like for packing and shipping. This store constantly up-charges by 300%. I've stopped using them for my shipping and packaging. The one in Yorkridge Shopping center has much better pricing. read more

I use this store whenever I need to ship. They have always been kind and professional.

Terrible manager, absolutely the most unprofessional person at resolving customer concerns. I'm done with ups forever

wonderful, plus they packaged the artwork perfectly! Thank you

I was assisted by Peter, everything was going smoothly until a black woman colleague NOT HIS BOSS btw who was sharing his kiosk butted in and realized he didn't input my email. She pulled him up on it right in front of me with some snarky comment like "If you were gonna do it you would have" he proceeded to be clearly annoyed and said some comments in a low tone to himself. I pulled her on up it and how she should have clearly pulled him to side instead of berating him in front of the customer. It was a simple mistake and he appeared to still be learning. There was no need for someone who is not his boss (i asked him this directly) to comment in such a rude regard. Peter acted like it was nbd but I know from the comments he said to himself that I overheard that he was upset by it. She ended up apologizing to him which just goes to show either she did it because I was there (probably why) or she did it because she was trying to be sincere. I was so upset by the interaction I was physically shaking. I told Peter he deserved to be treated fairly and he thanked me. Clearly his coworker needs a lesson in kind consideration. I am appalled by this interaction and I would NOT recommend using this UPS. read more

Convenient location with easy parking. Staff quickly handles customer needs - I've never had to wait for service.

The customer service here is horrible and they refused to give me a receipt. I am not sure what the issue is with giving a customer a receipt for tracking. This was after the guy took my packages and he wouldn't give me my packages back either. I don't recommend going here at all. read more

This is the nicest UPS store I have used. Friendly employees and owner. I don't understand the negatives but I guess there are bad days sometimes. I'm about 30 miles away but will hold packages to go here as I'm in the area a few times a week. Keep up the good work and stay away form two star ratings UPS store 3326!! read more

Love this shipping store. Pam, the manager, has a great crew working for her and they do a super job.

I recently had a document notarized at this UPS store and just found out that the notary didn't correctly put in her notary expiration date. It was important paperwork and now it has to be completely resubmitted and I'll have to take the time and pay another notary to redo it. I wouldn't recommend going using their notary service. I was visiting from out of town last year. Provided quick and thorough service and I was happy to find them. it is always hard when you have to do business on the road and it makes a difference if a local outlet can help you out. This one did. read more

The young man who assisted me was wonderful. Great customer service - packed a fragile package for me which arrived beautifully. Good communicator ! I was very pleased with the service he provided ! During my visit there was a young female employee in the background complaining about her schedule, hours, supervisor, etc - total attitude. Was very unprofessional. Putting on quite the show. These conversations should not take place in front of customers, especially when other people were waiting and she was not taking care of them. Hopefully this situation can be taken care of. read more

Terrible store with terrible customer service. This branch packed and shipped some fragile items for me which arrived damaged. Even after admitting they could have packaged them better, they were particularly unhelpful with processing a claim for the $1400 worth of items. They insisted the insurance that I purchased was actually indemnity only...and they would not reimburse the full amount. Instead they made me locate a restorer and get an official quote on the restoration costs. Their indemnity carrier was not very responsive and the store actually tried pawning me off on the indemnity carrier and backing out of the process. In the end, it took 6 months to get a fraction of the costs reimbursed. DO NOT EVER USE THIS STORE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PACKAGING SERVICES AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY LAX IN HELPING IF ITEMS GET DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! read more

I wrote to/spoke with these folks at this UPS store a number of times trying to get them to give me an estimate for shipping an auction item I had won at very nearby-by Alex Cooper Auctions. Was told each time I'd get an estimate for shipping 'soon' from "Peter" -- who oddly was NEVER available. NEVER got a response, This was several times. Interestingly, this store is very close to Alex Cooper Auction House. Then I finally got in touch with a competing shipper who immediately responded and was very helpful. read more

I shipped 9 packages from this location to myself in California because I was moving. 2 boxes were lost and 1 damaged. UPS' policy is to share all information from the store in which it was shipped then communicated to the customer. It has been 2 months and I still have yet to receive any information from this store and have lost an esitatmeted $1,100 in replaceable items and several personal items. I would highly recommend another location or even FedEx or USPS. STAY AWAY! read more

I emailed early in the morning (3:30-I woke up!) to ask about boxes of a specific size. I said I needed boxes about 15 x 15 x 5, that hey couldn't be smaller, but could be larger. I arrived at 10:25 and explained that I sent an email with no response. They open at 9:30. No one had gotten the email. 1. The store was staffed by four people. Two were at the counter. Two were behind the counter-just hanging out. 2. Even after explaining what I was shipping, and that the size of the object was 14 x 14 x 4, the staff was singularly unhelpful. The first box they showed me was wildly oversized. I had to lean over the counter to see the boxes against the wall and ask for specific sizes : What about 5 x 16 x 14? What about 5 x 15 x 14? going up and inch or two or down. It was exhausting. I finally settled on a size that would work and left, looking at my email when I got home. The email was answered at 10:30-while I was at the store. The person who responded did say UPS had boxes that would work-and the sizes he mentioned were better sizes than the ones I bought!!! I'd go back, but it's a bit of a hike. Not today. Not only that-I asked about one of the sizes he said they had. The salesperson said they weren't there. So-IF you go here and IF you can see the box sizes, go for it. No guarantees that the size you need will be there. And there's no way I could have found out ahead of time if they had something that would have worked (even if they had answered the phone). I did get something that would work, so they'd have to get at least one star. No one there is rude, but no one is going to give you that extra-hell, not even extra, BASIC service! No one seemed to have the ability to figure out appropriate sizes for shipping. It was a wonder. I mean, I think that's the purpose of the store. read more
