Horrible customer service and relations. Through the door I was asked why I was there and when I said, to pick up a package that I received notice about via email, without any pertinent information, I was told my package wasn't there. I insisted in fact it was and asked how the gentleman could possibly know it wasn't there without even knowing who I was or any package information. He then told me he was tired of having trouble with customers who couldn't bother to accept their packages at home and was going to not accept these packages to hold at the store in the future. I informed him that I in fact had changed my delivery to a neighbor who was in fact home but that the delivery driver instead lazily left a door tag not following my change instructions. At this point I'm tired of this treatment, this guy, and UPS in general. Finally he asks for my name and delivery number and promptly finds my package. Wow! Imagine that. UPS has real issues with this guy at this location, his attitude, and overall handling of their logistics. read more

Terrible customer service. The manager is condescending and rude. I had an item packed and shipped. The shipment was damaged and discarded at the terminal. I went to the store to file a claim and was told they won't cover it because they had good customer service and did t charge me for the packing of it. What?!?!?! The manager just smiled and laughed the whole conversation even though I was clearly upset. I am out $350 and he won't take responsibility! Don't trust them with your valuables!!!!! read more

When I needed to ship several odd shaped boxes (over long fishing poles etc) UPS was welcoming to help me find packaging options for the lowest cost...and they helped with the packaging to get it to its destination without damage. read more

Shipping is a bit expensive. It cost 1/2 as much to ship via USPS even with tracking and date guarantee.

"Manager" Sundil whatever his name is was super rude! Talked over me. Didn't let me explain what I needed his answer was NO we cannot you need a full address. Don't talk over or interrupt your customers... I did have the address if you let me talk! Terrible customer service! Never will I be using this ups store again. Get better staff. read more

Single handedly the worst UPS store I've ever been in. The owner of the store opened a factory sealed package I was sending to someone else to "inspect" it. Then I ended up having to refund money to the recipient because it was opened goods. He was warned that he should not open it. I wouldn't trust this place with another package if it was the last shipping location in all of Denver. read more

This store upcharges double! I checked online to get a UPS quote and when I went in I expected it to be the same, but he tried to charge me more than double. When I told him I looked up the price online he said he cannot compete with that. I wasted my time coming here. I only recommend this place if you have to ship something with the prepaid label you get for online returns. read more

NO NOT GO Here unless you want to be UP CHARGED by almost double! I was sending soothing over to Canada. It was less that 3 lbs. Sent standard and it cost $45... and the receiving party was charged $39 in duties and taxes because the clerk at this UPS store did not ask me the right questions when filling out the forms on the computer or explain that the receiving party will be charged if it is sent standard and not express or expedite... Nice guy but VERY POOR quality of service.. Same package sent from the UPS hub in commerce city was 1/2 the price with no charge to the receiving party... what a hug rip off!! read more

UPS Rocks! I was expecting a costume on its due date and time per tracking number, well it was to be here at 9am, right when I leave for work. Well, I was headed down the street and 1 block over I saw the big brown truck so I drove up to it, keep in mind, I'm in a hurry to work and its 9:02am I showed the driver my ID and he got me my package and I made it on time. He was cool and understood that I did not want a KISS costume sitting on my porch all day. Plus the store on 120th always takes great care of my tribute band, ROCKISSITY, when I go to have flyers printed for our shows. read more

I always ship from here to send packages to my Grand children. They are always friendly and helpful. And as I stated, I ship from here often so the addresses I use are in their system which makes things easy because I don't have to give it to them each time I ship. I will continue to use this store for my shipping. read more

This UPS store had always been nice and friendly, but unfortunately we moved away and have not used this lication in several years.

Beware, they claim to charge the same as post office for priority flat rate envelopel. Took advantage of elderly relative and charged her over 21 dollars for something that cost $6.65 at the post office but assured her that the cost was the same. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

BEWARE!!!!! VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from Derek Coffey at the UPS store, I have used this UPS store in the past, twice and have had ok service, service you can expect from a mailing facility. The other day I was attempting to send a late X- mas package but needed help packing it. FIrst the young gentleman Derek, behind the counter seemed bothered that I was even their and needed assistance. I asked him for his help in packing the gifts into a larger box. He said that we could not because their was alcohol in it. I said "not problem I'll mail that separate, elswhere" I still want to mail this other stuff inside though, plates, napkins and two coffee mugs in styrophome and a decorative 12inch x 12 inch. X 16inch box. He told me that he could not unless we take it all apart and wrap individually but still could not send the empty box - no Alcohol, mind you, an empty box.?.? I said that is fine lets do it and get it done. He started to pull the items out and reminded me yet again that we still could not send the empty box because it would not be cost effective to do so. He really didn't want to send that box? At this point I told him, "no problem "fine I'll take my business elsewhere" because Derek obviously didn't want to do this. I must of interrupted something he was doing and this took must of taken way too much time. I let him know that I didnt appreciated his "can't do attitude" I would hve preferred this is what we can do for you... Somewhere in a slogan I've heard before. Was planning to pay for the shipping no matter the cost. At that point he told me to get the He__ out of his store. I asked "is this your store?" He said yes I'm the store manager. Interesting that a manager would act that way especially to a paying customer in front of his 6 year old son. I went to another UPS location and mailed the package with All goods together, except alcohol. Easy, very easy at another location. Guess Derek Coffey isn't a working manager ;0) or he made too much money over the holiday. read more

I use many ups and fedex store for work. We send out packages and i am at one probably 3-4 times in a week. This is by far the worst managed store and the hardest to deal with. No one seems terribly concerned with helping you as you come in and when you are helped you are bothering them. Today was the last straw. I went in to get a packed notarized from their notary, called to see when he would be available and came in at the time they stated. Got there and he was still on a break but they said he would be back any minute. As he returns he stated he needed to jump on a cooperate call and would be 5 minutes. 20 minutes later still on the call which for the conversation didn't sound business related. Shortly after he is done and rushes me to the counter because no he is in a hurry. I present the packet he asks a bunch of questions about it and sees it is already signed. He asks to see my licence to verify my signature. My signature is different from the one one my ID because it is a Utah ID and the required your signature to resemble your name, which my signature does not. But i show him my three credit cards all with the same signature as the packet and he is convinced. The packet has my name spelled wrong on the front but it is corrected and spelled correctly through out the rest of the packet but he says he still cant do it after all this time.....Seriously....The packet is for a friends annulment. I'm not trying to open an orphanage or start nuclear research. He hands the packet back and says next and we are done. read more
