I dropped my package off on Wednesday at this location. I mentioned that it was a laptop that I was sending and the clerk seemed very interested in that. Four days later, the package shows as never having been picked up by UPS and has not been delivered. Contacting UPS Customer Service gave me no resolution and going to the store did not as well. Nobody can say what happened if the package was stolen, lost or did I say stolen!!! I will never do business with this location again and advise you to do the same as it was a very bad situation. Not a lot of concern from the customer service line for UPS and even less from the Store side. read more

My experience in the store today was not good, the staff pretty much patronized the customers...and there was little, or no patience, with the elderly. If I could give 0 stars, I would! Female employee (employee number from receipt 174919) was rude and charged me incorrectly twice for a photocopying job at $1.00 a page. Employee got angry and muttered under her breath when confirming the price with her was only .15 after the issues. read more

I will never use this UPS store again. My husband went in and needed help selecting a box for just a few paperback books (14 of them so not a lot) and they sent him home with a large box one would use for moving. They also only had fancy bubble envelopes in stock that were nearly $4 each and wouldn't accept returns. I have never spent $55 on just a box and some envelopes that were nearly three times what I would have paid anywhere else. And to not accept returns when it has been less than 30 min since bought and still have the receipt is ridiculous. I will get the packaging supplies I need for my business elsewhere. read more

I come to this location often and I must say that the service is always great. I'm always in and out and the staff is very friendly and kind. I am especially impressed by the helpfulness of Jarooney. I was anxious about the amount of packages I had to return in addition to needing printing services and to buy boxes. I thought this would take a considerable part of my day but Jarooney was quick and efficient, getting everything handled in less than 10 minutes while also being attentive to other customer's needs. He made the process simple and relieved my anxiety. Jarooney is definitely a great addition to the store and has an awesome personality! read more

I use this store a lot have had good experiences. There is always a line but they are always courteous and pretty fast. I have been there 2 times in the last 2 weeks and the guys there are kind to each other, making obvious effort to help each other to speed things up. They explain clearly. I overheard a transaction where a person chose the wrong drop off spot for an amazon item and the walked them through it show their error and how to correct and then he was able to ship it for them. They deserve some credit. No one seems to care about their jobs in the service industry but this store always seems to have good people that don't fit that mold. read more

There was an extremely long line at UPS and I thought I would not make it back from lunch in time however Charisma did an amazing job at multi-tasking to reduce the wait time and moving the line of people waiting. She was the only employee in the store at the time but she went above and beyond greeting and serving each person with a smile and a cheerful attitude. She is truly an exceptional employee and deserves to be recognized. Way to go Charisma!! I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family. read more

I believe I'm getting the run around. I'm owed an insurance claim and now I can not get ahold of anyone at the store. I have been communicating with a manager there who has informed me the owner would pay out the claim. These communications are spread out over almost three months and now I've been ghosted. I can't even leave messages now because their inbox is full. Does anyone know if they are still open? read more

I drove to this store at 3:00pm and it was closed. Looked like several UPS drivers attempted to deliver packages because there were several stickers of attempted deliveries on the door. Not exactly sure why it was closed since I went during business hours. I'm not sure who to call regarding my package now. read more

I know I can depend on UPS as a company to ship my stuff safely and relatively quickly. Can I depend on this store with the same level of satisfaction? Not really, but oh well. The employees act soooooo, liiike, booooooored and oooooover it. No greeting, no thanks, no nothing. Just "put your box here," "what's the address," and that's it. The service is not even worthy of the one star selected. I am sick of waiting for the manager to call me and explain how she plans to implement better customer service standards. I called the store over and over one day and never received an answer. I called from the parking lot and got no answer. Entered the building and there were two employees and one customer but they said they didn't answer the phone because they were busy. My package was lost in the disorganized store (the store looks like packages are just thrown up in the air to land wherever. I had to file a complaint in order for my package to be looked for then located and shipped. Truly RIDICULOUS. read more

The people who work in this UPS store are really nice.... there, that's the only good thing I can say about UPS. Pray...PRAY that UPS never loses your package! Everything is smiles and sunshine until then. They lost our package (1 of 4 going to the same destination!) 2 months ago, and ever since then it has been a bureaucratic nightmare. For a while they weren't answering the phone (at corporate 'customer service.') After about a month, they started answering the phone. You have to repeat the tracking number every time you call. I'm so tired of saying that GD number over and over again! Eventually I'd get passed to someone who would tell me something they thought I'd want to hear ("the check is in the mail") and then a few days later, I'd realize they lied to me again. I know they're trying to wear me down and make me give up, but what a way to run a business. I hope Fed Ex has better customer service, because that where I'm going next time. read more

After numerous phone calls and leaving pleasant enough voice messages, I NEVER received a return phone call. However, on one occasion, someone answered the phone and told me she would have the Manager return my call so we could complete a claim together. I'm STILL waiting for her phone call!! Very bad experience with the UPS store. Had an item shipped from a seller in Tampa that used the UPS Store. The UPS Store of course packaged the item, a 90lb Brother Laser copier/printer/scanner. Nice packing (other than using the peanuts that make a HUGE mess-1 reason I use Amazon for about 95% of my internet shopping. NO messy peanuts everywhere) except they failed to put on box "this side up" or "fragile". Once item was delivered, the UPS guy rolled the package - end over end over end inside my office. Needless to say many parts were damaged & UPS said item had to go back to UPS Store in Tampa. Ok. Only thing is, getting the UPS Store in Tampa to follow back up and keep me advised on the claim? Non-existent. I have to keep following up with them and either they provide a time when they should know more which proves fictitious or they say they don't know when to check back with them. The packing job was bad enough but the service afterwards has been extremely unprofessional not to mention unsatisfactory. Least they could have done is called when they received the printer back, and since evidently they have NO idea how the refund process works, they could have checked with UPS and advised me what to expect time wise while I wait for a refund. But evidently that's asking too much. read more

The customer service at this location in Temple Terrace is lacking, to say the least. After paying for a priority mail order, the tracking number did not work (so I could not locate my package through the entire transit process) and the 2 day delivery that I paid over $10.00 for took 4 days total. Unfortunately my order did not arrive on time to its destination, and my attempts to contact the local store through phone and email were left unanswered. On a positive note, the national UPS customer service was helpful in tracking down the order and helping me achieve some peace of mind that my package had in fact been delivered on Day 4. Overall, however, I will not be returning to this store for future shipping needs -- I believe this Temple Terrace store should be more considerate of its customers' concerns from the moment they walk into the store until the package has been securely delivered. read more
