I went in right before closing and there were two employees working. There were about three customers inside, and I was last in line. They were incredibly fast and efficient. I was in and out in under two minutes, no exaggeration. It is a great spot for shipping items. On this visit, I used it for an Amazon return. You can select the location in the Amazon app, present a QR code, and no packaging or return label is needed. UPS handles the rest, which is so convenient. I made a big mistake a few week ago and that is I left the store without taking my receipt because I trusted them from my prior encounters. Make a long story short. I returned a Cuban Link necklace that never got shipped off. I knew something was suspicious, because usually when you return something, you get an instant.Email saying that your return has been complete.And they send you back the money within twenty four hours. I thought it was weird but I still didn't think that you would steal my return. i went to the store and told the manager, and they said it was pretty much nothing.They can do for me.So it's like I had to take a big loss.But I want to share this story to let you guys know to be careful and makesure you get your receipts. I go here often because I have a P.O. Box here. I always go here to check my mail. On the weekends they are opened until 3pm and throughout the weekday they close at 7pm. Even if after hours I go to my P.O. Box because I have a key of the front door and the key to my P.O. Box number. The location is always clean and when I go there when it is regular working hours the staff is all sweet and amazing. The price for P.O. Box is very affordable and you have an option for three months, six months or a year pricing. The parking is free and is close by as well. read more

Very rude, the store manger (the women and apparently her husband) have bad attitude) I recently just moved to the neighborhood and I used to go to a different brunch so I know how UPS works, and what kind of costumer service to expect, I come in the store she looks at me and says your box is horrible and start judging and commenting on irrelevant things, I said to her don't worry about it I'm not gonna ship it here, then I asked to use the computer and I went online tried logging in my email but It didn't work so I just sent my label to the brunch email. I didn't use the computer for longer then 30 seconds and they had the audacity to charge me, it's not about the money it's about they way they treat costumer. read more

I called this store to see if I could return a rug at their store or if I had to go to the actual UPS facility. Ok so a man answers the phone and told my situation and he asked how big was the rug. I told him 7X10 he says yes we can send that back for you. I told him thanks and I would be there soon. He says in an aggravated way "we close at 7" and I told him I'm about 3 mins away it's only 6:24PM. He sighs and says in his same aggravated voice "you need to ask the seller to send you a return label!" I told him I have everything I need I just wanted to know if they took the rug that size. Ok I get to the store and I say "hi, I'm the lady that just called!" The big man sitting in a chair near the door, I believe the owner, so very rudely says "that's too big we can't send that." I told him he just told me he could. Ok so a lady was behind the counter, Joy, says hello since his rude self didn't and she says let me measure it, it can't be over 21 inches. Ok cool I just looked at her. She measures and and it's longer but she says let me see if I can input in the system and if it'll take the return, IT DID!!! The rude big man says "well it's not going anywhere until tomorrow because it's late and they've already been to pickup from here!" And then she says "I can't send back without a return label" I told her the company sent me one and I told him well I guess they'll get it tomorrow because it makes no sense to take back with me. They talk down to the customers in there. Ok so unbeknownst to me there were many ways to get the label (email, mail, print, scan bar code) and she didn't even help. Ok no problem then she started rushing me....THERES NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THERE and it wasn't even 6:45. I was talking myself thru the email to get the barcode and she starts talking over me. Before I got upset because she's MUCH OLDER than me I said "please let me do this and stop talking over me" in a very nice voice. I got the barcode and she was EXTREMELY nice her tone softened. I guess she saw me getting aggravated with her and the man's rudeness. She was able to scan the barcode and the label printed out. She attached it to the rug and smirked at me. Trash UPS store, they gave us a lot of problems returning our Amazon packages that are supposed to free and wanted to charge us for tape... when they made us open the boxes and forced us to put all of the items in 1 box. While there they consistently kept complaining about Amazon and how bad they are. (When it's actually just them) They were very rude in their speech upon entering, they sounded tired with us before they even started the transaction. They aren't hospitable, kind or friendly at all, they didn't try to help us at all. Just said hey this is your issue, fix it, good bye, that's terrible service they didn't even try to go above and beyond, instead they made us wait in store for an hour and my wife had to wait in the car. This place and it's employees are truly trash, and the bald guy and the old lady are trash as well. read more

I came up to this store 15 minutes before closing. I rushed in and had several packages, maybe 6 packages. The manager, I assumed he was the manager. He was rude and refused to ship my packages. He said "you are going to do this to me"!! When does bringing you business become a chore. I asked him was he going to ship them, he said only 3. He literally was going cry if he had to help a customer 15 minutes before closing time. So he watched me load all the packages back in vehicle. Relieved I was leaving. I'm sure he was not the owner, I hope he wasn't!! The entire staff is very rude!! UPS would be appalled at the lack of customer service given at this location!! Did I really get charged a dollar someone to tape my box closed? That's an absurd price for a 5 Inches of tape. I've gone to this store before and while I wasn't blown away with the service, but to charge me a dollar for 5 inches of tape is absurd to me. I went to this UPS store to pickup a package for my daughter. I have picked up packages previously at other UPS by showing my ID. I told the employee exactly what it was and I had the paper that my daughter had signed that UPS left on my door. They requested I give them the last 4 digits of tracking number. When I told the associate I have never done that before she shrugged her shoulder. So, I had to wait for my daughter to find tracking number. I had just left UPS store in Lauderhill, thinking the package was there and gentleman was able to use information from document left at my door. So, I know this particular store was just being extra. I asked them to package, ship, and insure an item for me. My package was not cared for and as a result was damaged during shipping. I contacted the store and provided all the evidence of the damage that UPS requires, and opened a claim. Two weeks passed so I called the store and asked for an update. I was then told by Pat Dangelo, the store owner, that there was no update and they would let me know when there was, and to stop calling about it. This didn't sit well with me and it had been a full two weeks so I called UPS myself who said there WAS NO CLAIM for my tracking number. The UPS Store had never actually opened a claim on my behalf. I requested to open a claim with UPS Claims department and AGAIN had to provide all the photos, documentation, and videos they require. Another week goes by and I call UPS claims for an update and they said they were waiting on the UPS store to provide some information. I called the UPS store and once Pat learned that I opened the claim myself that it was out of their hands and he couldn't help me. I went to the store, email in hand from UPS Claims that stated they were waiting for The UPS Store to provide info at which point the store owner said "They don't know what they're talking about" I requested he call the UPS Claim Dept. and he said he was too busy. I looked around and saw ONE OTHER PERSON IN THE STORE, and they were using the copier! I asked Pat what he thought my next step should be and he just shrugged and said I don't know, these things take a long time. Keep in mind it has now been four weeks since my initial claim for damages. My next question was if he thought I should hire an attorney to help me with the claim and at that point he started yelling at me to leave and some huge lady bounded out of the back office yelling "Ohhh you said legal, you can't say that! Now you have to leave! YOU SAID LEGAL! YOU. SAID. LEGALLLLLLL!" LMAO I just kind of stood there for a moment wondering what was happening. I got home and began making some calls and eventually got to a person in charge of customer service for the UPS locations who sorted everything out for me over the next two weeks. Note that this person was extremely helpful and had to repeatedly call the UPS Store to compel them to do their part. I eventually (about three months later) received a check in the amount of the claim, and just so you are aware, the check had to be delivered to the UPS Store, then they would forward to me. Well that check sat in the UPS Store for THREE WEEKS before they delivered it to me via USPS (US Postal Service). It took a final call from UPS Corporate to get them to forward the check to me. Pat Dangelo and his staff at the UPS Store #3102 did not honor the terms of the shipping contract with me by 1) incompetently packaging my item, 2) purposefully impeding/blocking my actions to receive compensation, and 3) willfully delaying my compensation by three weeks. I cannot recommend that anyone spend their time, energy, or money at this location. The location in Coral Springs, however, is very nice and I've never had an issue there. read more

Earlier this wk (Nov 2020) I spent a good deal of time in this location to ship a large number of varied sized shipments as we relocated my elderly mother. Have to tip my hat to Joy and James Patel and their staff. They managed and multitasked swiftly and efficiently. Much quicker than visiting the overcrowded USPS. Recommend this location to folks looking to get in and out while knowing that your packages are in good hands. read more

I am doing a long distance move and the first four boxes I shipped was about 25.71. They are small boxes of clothes. I really enjoyed the first associate that helped me. She was nice. On 08/27 I went to ship three additional boxes. I can tell right away I was going to have an issue with lady associate. She charged me 32.00 a box. It was the same box and lighter weight then the other boxes. I now got to go to usps to shop the rest. I let her know that the dimensions were right on box, she was not listening. She was like I measured the box myself. She obviously measured it wrong. Was overcharged 21.00. I'm going to go either to a different ups store or usps tomorrow. read more

I only go to this ups because it's nearby me. They keep putting you on hold when you call and don't answer and they will try to charge you for every little thing, even a small piece of tape. The guy owner is a huge jerk and they all have unnecessary attitude. If you have another location near you I'd suggest going there instead. read more

I've been here a few times but today the man who works here was incredibly rude for no reason while I was trying to do an amazon return. He kept taking one item per barcode and when I'd try to give him the other items for that barcode would bark, "next code!" at me so I would give him the next code. At the end he asks me what all this is. When I explained that I was trying to give him the items for each code but he was rushing through it with me he proceeded to cut me off and over talk me about how I was wrong and how is he supposed to know what goes on each barcode. Then walks away mid transaction in a hissy fit. Just to have to come back and go through it with me. Al in front of other guests. I don't know what satisfaction you get from arguing when your job is customer service. And his wife next to him just tries to act like she doesn't hear the stupidity coming from his mouth. The epitome is shítty service. I am dropping a package off that requires them to scan the barcode off the Amazon app. Apparently their internet is down. So I agree and ask them to allow me to leave the number off the Amazon barcode which is actually the tracking number to print out the label. Very simple and logical solution. Nope they will not do that with no clear cut explanation and to make matters worse they say they cannot manually input the numbers into the computer anyhow basically saying they can ONLY scan the barcode. That is a flat lie. Shame on this husband and wife owned franchise as they are in business because of people who use their service. Personally the husband is an idiot. And if he reads this, you sir have no foundation of logic and understanding of basic common sense. Next time I'll make sure you key in the numbers versus scanning. This is how I the customer will choose to drop of a package. Like or not it's a phone call away to UPS corporate bud. read more
