With out a doubt one of the poorest customer service experience in all my years in Logistics…read more Sure DHL transported quoted shipments from pick up to delivery. The problems started on the invoiced amounts versus what was quoted when all of the information from the quote to the shipment was the same. DHL tacks on $2,275.00 in surcharges on to the invoice, and at least $910.00 of that add on was created by the DHL's rep telling me to put the freight on 3 different pallets instead of one. So we incurred the same Surcharges 3 X's instead of once if they had stayed on one pallet. DHL's. response is I should of known about the surcharges. My question is why didn't the DHL representative put the surcharges into the quote 'they know what their surcharges are". Compounding the situation is that after the Invoice comes out the communication from my DHL rep grinds to a halt and no phone calls answered or returned. Yet magically if i called him from a different phone number he would pick up right away and assured me he would get back to me but as of yet no call back. Very sad way to do business. Already I have shipped out two more shipments using other providers and their cost come in less than DHL's ( with the surcharges included).

I've called the office, texted numbers I've talk to people through multiple times before and no response. It's a week later and I still haven't heard anything from anyone. I sent a message to them via Facebook and all they did was read the message and not respond. They took a $50 deposit from me that I don't think I will get back. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. YOU WILL GET SCAMMED!!!

Reached out via Yelp on 8 Nov to get estimates to remove furniture from garage so pics could be taken for selling then place the furniture back into the garage...work to be done on 11 Nov. Care More Movers responded morning 9 Nov and I accepted their bid and selected the 12-2pm window. They said deposit email would be coming that night, it didn't arrive until the following day, 10 Nov, around 5:30pm. Reviewing the doc I noticed no time was listed. I contacted the company to confirm 12-2 as I have other activities planned for the day. Someone responded ARRIVAL between 12-1. I said wait, that wasn't in any of the docs sent. They asked what time, I said 12 with a 15 min window and if you can't, I'll look for another company. No response. At 9:40am on 11 Nov I get a text asking if we were still on for noon as they can have someone arrive by 12:15. I responded no cause when I didn't hear back I had to make other arrangements. Company needs to tighten up their customer service skills. Poor communication erodes confidence in the organization. UPDATE I've lowered the star to 1 because sadly the response from the Company is an out right lie. The one hour window is no where in the email or docs sent to me. On top of poor communication, they are disingenuous. Could have simply said my bad, we didn't tell you. We'll do better next time. To not take responsibility...sad.
