Jodie and her staff give excellent customer service for great prices and everything is always done quickly and accurately. I have used them for printing cheques several times, printing and designing business cards and brochures as well as shipping and will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone! esn't reach to my apartment doors and then I have to visit the shipping office to collect my parcel. But, UniUni delivered my package at my apartment door, which was very convenient for me. The package was handled with care. I dropped in this am 10:30 ish to have my new card design and new postcard size flyers done. Was told they would be ready tomorrow afternoon... I was surprised at that being fast but then got an email just after 1:30 today EVERYTHING was complete!! Thank you so much, Casey you were great to work with! read more

I used to work here and we always did our best to help customers; however looking at the other two reviews I felt I should make note of a few things. First, the UPS Store is a privately owned franchise and does not employ any drivers. If you're shipping or receiving shipments around Christmas expect things to go wrong, everyone is trying to ship and recieve gifts and the sheer number of parcels increases the chances of something going wrong. UPS hires a large number of seasonal drivers to help with the workload however many of these temp workers realize UPS cannot afford to loose drivers during the Christmas rush and that they will not have the job long after christmas. When receiving shipments from outside of Canada it is likely you will be taxed, for a parcel to go through customs tax has to be paid so UPS foots the bill to get it to you, most of the time they will send you a bill in the mail to reimburse UPS for tax and processing fees. The price of shipment has no correlation to the price of the item being shipped. Just because an item is itself inexpensive it doesn't mean the item will be inexpensive to ship. Be respectful to the staff. The staff aren't obligated to help you if something goes wrong with you're shipment beyond giving you the appropriate phone number to the office that can rectify the issue. However the UPS store does have access to easier and faster means of fixing problems, so you want these people on your side. read more

I came here in June 2017 to get an estimate to ship a package to the States. I was returning an appliance part that I had ordered earlier. It was shipped to me via UPS, so naturally I thought I would send it back through UPS. The estimate to ship the item back was a lot more than the item was worth so I decided against shipping it. The guy behind the counter was curt, dismissive and had a stuck up attitude as soon as I decided not to ship the package. I wouldn't give this location my business. read more

Being a first time customer, they take the time to enter your information into their system. That way if you loose your ticket they can look it up and find your dry cleaning. A nice feature. I was told it would be ready in a few days which was fine with me. When I dropped off my winter jacket and when I picked it up, the staff were friendly and professional. When I picked it up their payment machine was not working and she would have let me pay another day or at my next dry cleaning but I had cash and was able to pay that way. I was surprised (in a good way). To me, that's really putting a customer first. I was very satisfied with how my jacket turned out (it was rather dirty with some make up smudges on the inside of the collar and dirt from rubbing up against my car). I also received a follow up phone call asking me about my experience.

Impressed by the service and hustle shown by the folks at PakMail…read more Everything for shipping - from mattress bags for only $5.50 for queen size (for moving), boxes of every size and shape, bubble wrap, stretchy plastic wrap, even little zippy bags in bulk which are handy if you're crafting. I came to send a package overnight courier, and they patiently weighed every combination so I could send the package with maximum value. They even wrapped a garage opener remote with bubble wrap so it wouldn't be damaged in shipping. I didn't ask, they didn't charge, the gentleman just went ahead and did it for me while I filled out the waybill. Sign on the register says they prefer cash and debit - pretty much every small business does, and it doesn't hurt me to support a local business by not using a high fee credit card that they pay 2-5% in transaction fees for. Shipping charges were as expected and as quoted by the shippers website, no add-ons, nothing shady, which is always a concern when I go to an independent shipping outlet. Monthly specials - yes there are! There's even a shop pup Leo! Leo checked me out very thoroughly, I'd been to the dog park just the day before. Rated me as a pass, didn't really care to interact. Relaxed fella just lays on the floor napping.
