I showed up, a bit frantic, and the kind staff printed my copies, sorted through everything, wished me luck, and sent me on my way. They took care of me immediately, and because it was so few copies (just a few printouts), they did it on the house. The copies turned out great, but based on the kindness and generosity of the staff alone, I can't recommend them enough.

I do marketing and communications for a church, and this is where we go to get our brochures and business cards printed - the cards have artwork on them, and so require the work of a printer. Turnaround time is usually a couple of days at the most, and the prices seem reasonable for the work. Staff is generally quite friendly and able to help customers decide what services are right for the job.

I wanted posters, tent cards and stickers. I got an email back advising that the stickers would be really pricy for the quantity I required so we agreed on a price for the posters and tent cards. I paid over the hie with my credit card, deposit first then full payment when it's complete. These guys work SO FAST! I got an email the next day to say it was ready for pick up?! I drove to this location which is on a main road but has a few parking spots in the alley for customers (handy). I went in via the back door - not sure if you are supposed to but I met a lady there who happily gave me my receipt and collateral. She walked me to the front and I was surprised to see among the printers and desks is the office dog! He is so sweet. It seem like a friendly place to be and the service was awesome. No job is too small for them and everything I've had printed with them, I usually get back next day. I found their prices for larger projects a bit higher, so I haven't used them for anything like that. Basically when I need a small run of brochures or posters and I need them fast, this is where I go. For those types of jobs, its extremely affordable.

I kinda burst in the door of this very chilled store run by Jim for the last 20 years!! I was so surprised there were no reviews or pics for such a longstanding business. Anyway the printing. This was a last min quick print I needed done. Very simple just a lot of pages. I had to bargain with Jim on the time it would be ready and he got the job done in half an hour. Legend. I'll use them again but I'll email over the files to give him more time. It's in an odd spot but they do have a few free parking spots for customers right outside. Primarily dependant on digital print jobs as all the presses and bindery equipment are past their life expectancy. The colour from their press department is very inconsistent while the Bindery equipment is dated and badly in need of parts replacement. Improper layouts from the prepress department add extra frustration on even the simplest of jobs. The working conditions are cramped with barely enough room to move material in the production area. Low pay, coupled with the employee being expected to wear multiple hats, and poor planning on jobs are primary reasons a person should consider employment elsewhere. Dealing with an excessively moody owner who demonstrates, on a daily basis, that he has no control on his personal anger management issues resulting in his raging verbal abuse toward the employees is again a reason to avoid employment with this company. The owner's micromanaging and inconsistent instructions causes even more confusion for the employee. My mother was unsure how to do this, so I called around from my home in Gibsons BC, and talked to Shazad who assured me that he would be happy to walk her through it. He was waiting outside for her when she arrived and was so kind and put her at ease. He printed out the documents and even pointed out that she had missed a signature. I would recommend them highly, best customer service I've ever seen. I joked that he should call himself Shazam! because it was magical.
