Their office is always busy and they don't move quickly so make sure you have time. Like everyone else, there are drop off points all over the city but only one location in the south to pick up and it is in the middle of nowhere. Now for what makes them better than the rest. They will actually look for your name on your apartment buzzer, (others will not) and will send emails/phonecalls if your info is filled out and they can't reach you. The pickup location has tons of convenient parking, and they are open 6 days a week with normal hours.

Yes without finishing mine. He complained constantly about how much stuff I had. What did he expect with a 2 bedroom + den apartment? I did tell him I'm the furthest from the elevator and yes that took up extra time. He actually said "You'd think she could take the small stuff in her car" to which I replied "My car is already full." He said "Oh you weren't supposed to hear that." I'm paying you to move so stop whining. It's your frickin job. They ran out of shrink wrap and one of the movers asked if he could use mine and they're reimburse me. That later was an issue. David and his crew left around 2pm and said they'd be back later. Hours and hours go by. He finally calls asking if they could do the last of the move tomorrow. I said No I have to be out of my apartment by noon. He was aware of that yet he seemed right PO'd like it was my fault. Said Fine we'll be there in an hour and half and he hung up on me. They finally show up at 11:30pm and David tells me they're not going to put things in the house where they belong. They just dump it in my garage. So now I'm left to find someone else to move my table, chairs, tv stand, arm chair and other large items that they didn't move. His excuse was that he can't be working until 1am. Well dude maybe you should learn to schedule moves better. I was beyond furious. David is a con artist and liar. When I booked the move, he said he used to work for the govt of AB but then the day of the move he said he still works there and he could quit his job and easily make more money. Well he doesn't work for the GOA and hasn't for many months. David is no friend and I suggest you find other movers. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the people he employs were good. I'd give David no stars if I could.

I came to send a package overnight courier, and they patiently weighed every combination so I could send the package with maximum value. They even wrapped a garage opener remote with bubble wrap so it wouldn't be damaged in shipping. I didn't ask, they didn't charge, the gentleman just went ahead and did it for me while I filled out the waybill. Sign on the register says they prefer cash and debit - pretty much every small business does, and it doesn't hurt me to support a local business by not using a high fee credit card that they pay 2-5% in transaction fees for. Shipping charges were as expected and as quoted by the shippers website, no add-ons, nothing shady, which is always a concern when I go to an independent shipping outlet. Monthly specials - yes there are! There's even a shop pup Leo! Leo checked me out very thoroughly, I'd been to the dog park just the day before. Rated me as a pass, didn't really care to interact. Relaxed fella just lays on the floor napping.

I've had a couple experiences picking up a package there that didn't send me sufficient pick up…read moreinformation. The employee attempted to help me (sort of), but kept giving me attitude that caused me to mirror it back to him. He doesn't like that and decides to kick me out. I ask for his name so that I can make a complaint, and he says that's a threat and I'm now trespassing. It was unreal. I get that some people are more sensitive to conflict than others, but that was someone who needs some serious training in dealing with unhappy customers... and also learn to tone down the condescending attitude. I will not order from any company that uses UPS so that I don't have to face him again. He actually scares me.
