    Rude owners and staff. Lied about boxes being delivered to the store because they were to lazy to look. Total waste.

    This place has been around for years, but this was my visit. I needed a cartridge refilled and…read morethey had the right size, so a refill wasn't needed. The staff was friendly and even bought my empty cartridge. It wasn't until later when I realized that my re-manufactured refill cost more that a new HP cartridge. I believe in supporting local businesses, but I'm not sure what their value is. Anyway, it's my fault for not doing my homework.

    ZERO stars. I went in person to purchase cartridges on a Monday. He only had one of the four I…read moreneeded for my printer. I was offered delivery the next day (Tuesday). I knew no one would be home so I requested for them to be delivered a few days later (Thursday) when someone would be home. Delivery day came and went and no delivery. I called his business phone several times and left messages (Friday). The business is not open on weekends (fine, no biggie). I called the following Monday and was given an explanation that his phone line was down and was not able to confirm his order with his the business he gets his products from but that he would deliver the cartridges tomorrow (Tuesday). I told him that no one would be home but requested delivery on Wednesday. He said he would do it no problem. WELL... on Wednesday I called to ask when during the day he would be able to deliver. He said he was waiting on UPS to bring his order. MIND YOU- I went in the Monday prior with the initial offer of getting the cartridges the next day AND this Monday with the same offer of the next day.WHY then on the date of delivery would he still be waiting on the products to arrive. Even with phone lines being down (IF that is true, I'm giving the benefit) why would he offer to deliver the next day if he didn't even have the product??? He had ample time to order and keep at his store in his inventory until delivery day. - So he states he would call me as soon as he received the cartridges from UPS and would be out to to delivery them to my home, he also offered to provide me with $15 OFF coupon on my next purchase. HE NEVER CALLED! By end of business hours I never received not even a courtesy call to say that it would be again delayed. Silence. I proceeded to call Thursday ( a full business week later at this point) as soon as the business opened. No one answered and I left a message and requested a call back. 3 hours later, I called again and no one answered and this time the mailbox was full. At this time I fully intended to go back to the store (hoping to make it before it closed as I work practically the same ours that this business is open). I received a Facebook instant message from my neighbor stating that she received my delivery for the cartridges. She stated that he told her he didn't want to leave my cartridges at my home because no one was home and asked if he could leave it with her. WOW!! No call, no nothing. Just went and delivered without notice. I specifically wanted them delivered when someone was home and I gave him days when someone would be and then he has the audacity to purposefully not notify me and then deliver when no one was home. I spent almost $300 on these cartridges and this is the result. POOR customer service, late delivery, and a measly $15 dollar discount on my next purchase...HA! I will NEVER EVER purchase cartridges from this business. I know things happen but a bit of communication could have gone a LONG way but instead he CHOSE to conduct himself in this manner. Not professional at all. I realize that one customer is nothing in the scheme of things but I will not go to the store and I will be sure to tell everyone not to do so either.

    A couple months ago, I reached out the the owner of Speedpro to get a quote for removal of my full…read morecar wrap. He quoted me $250. I asked if there was any wiggle room on pricing since I was paying out of my own pocket - it doesn't hurt to ask, right? He said that it was actually already discounted from the normal $400 rate. Awesome! I scheduled a date to bring the car in for the removal. When it got closer to the appointment date, I asked for a final total so that I knew what taxes might be added. He then quoted me $200 with no tax. This past Tuesday, the wrap was removed. I didn't study the car when picking up at the shop as it looked fine as we pulled up. After getting home with the sun shining down on the car, I realized there was a good amount of adhesive still on the hood, roof, and trunk of the car. I immediately called to see if that should have been left on the car - in my opinion, absolutely not. If you pay for removal, the wrap and any adhesive should be removed from the car. The woman I spoke to didn't know the answer and put me on hold to ask someone who would know. She came back to tell me that if I took it through a couple car washes, it should come off. I wasn't thrilled about spending more money to get my car back to it's original state, but wasn't going to complain about $10 in car washes when I was given such a generous discount. The next day, I did just that - purchasing two car washes on my way home. I went through the first, stepped out of my car, nothing looked different. I went through the second, stepped out of my car, nothing looked different. I continued to go home where my dad hand washed (and scrubbed) the entire car, yet nothing looked different. After doing as instructed, I picked up the phone to tell them of the results and ask what else could be done. No answer, so I left a voicemail. Today, I waited an acceptable amount of time for someone to call me back. When no one did, I called again. The owner answered the phone and said he had not received my voicemail, so I explained again that I had washed the car as instructed and my car still had adhesive on it. His response was that I needed to take an adhesive removal to the car. I asked shouldn't that be part of the removal process I paid for? He then got irritated with me and stated that if I would have paid for the $400 removal they would have done it, but for a $200 removal. At no point was this EVER explained to me. Not when I asked for a quote, not when I picked up the unwrapped car, and not when I called and spoke with the woman about the adhesive that remained on my car. I then said, just from a customer service standpoint, this is disappointing to hear. He then replied with irritation, "Well, what do you want me to do?!". I responded, "For one, I can say I would NEVER talk to one of my customers the way you are speaking to me, your customer." He then said, "Then bring you're car back in and leave it for a few days and we'll take it off!" I replied that I could not leave my car for a few more days, nor am I even in the Franklin/Brentwood area but one day a week. Mind you, the initial removal process was done in one day - the whole car wrap. So why would the last step in taking off the remaining adhesive take 2-3 days? Clearly, he had no interest in taking care of me as a customer. On a side note, my job takes extreme pride in customer service. We read daily reviews written by customers and when rated an EIGHT out of ten or less, we reach out to that customer to see what we could have done better if not clearly stated in the review. Even if it is stated, we still follow up to express our apologies of their dissatisfaction with their experience. So, back to our conversation, I said "Simply for feedback directly from your customer, I think you should know that this is disappointing to not have the full wrap removed when paying for a wrap removal." He then said to me, "Feedback received" and HUNG UP ON ME. Having stayed calm through the conversation, simply stating the facts of my experience and trying to figure out what can be done, at this point, I was livid. The owner's lack professionalism and simple human decency has caused me to write this review. I plan to expose it to any and all review sites including the Better Business Bureau. I will state: Until today, I had zero issues with this company, the owner, or the quality of their work. But in no way, shape or form is it acceptable for the owner of a store to speak the way he did to a customer. The most frustrating part is that he is the owner. There is no one higher than him in his separately owned franchise. No one to hold him accountable for his words or actions - so I will do what I can to warn others of the disappointing service that he provides to his customers.
