I have had a mailbox at this UPS location for nearly 20yrs. Today I closed it due to Kirsten…read more(unsightly brunette with glasses) sabotaging my incoming mail/packages. Over the years, I have had a few unpleasant exchanges with her over my mail/packages and today was the last straw. Well, I was expecting a package from Canada which was due to arrive on Feb 4/26. The items were for my brother's funeral so when I received an email from these people that my package had arrived, I swung by to pick it up. It was not the correct package so I tracked the package on my phone and saw that it was refused by the receiver (UPS @ 2451 Cumberland). I explained to her that the package coming in from Canada may require a custom fee. She (Kirsten) admitted that earlier in the day she refused a package because they didn't have any cash on hand however, she didn't bother to look at the name of the receiver or inquire what the cost was. I found that rather odd and off putting but didn't bother to question her further. She suggested I call the 1-800. I got in my car and did just that. The cost was $44.99. I immediately called back the store and spoke to Kirsten's dad (older man). I asked him how they would handle packages that required Custom Fees/COD. Her Dad explained that their 'protocol' for packages requiring Custom Fees or COD are: They would call the customer (myself) and confirm whether I wanted them to accept and pay for it on my behalf and then I would in turn reimburse them. My package was redeliverd on Feb 6/26. I went in to pick it up and asked the dad for clarification on why his daughter (Kirsten), would refuse a package without looking at the name and wouldn't even bother to follow 'protocol' given the fact that, yes, I've been a customer for nearly 20yrs. He staunchly defended her saying that maybe my name was not on the package, that I should have given them a heads up about the custom fees and blah blah blah. Sir, I just spoke to you a couple days ago about your protocol!!! None of this sat well with me so I returned by mailbox key and demanded a refund on my mailbox. The only thing consistent in this place is POOR, UNFRIENDLY, SURLY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Dante is always friendly and always so accurate in knowing exactly what my needs are and how to meet them! The rest of the crew is great as well! It's always a fast in and out because they're so efficient! I am really sad when I have to go to other UPS stores and deal with poor service and poor attitudes. These people really rock as far as knowing how to please a customer. UPS store is to the left of the cleaners and to right of the Publix grocery store I will continue to come here as long as I can.

My little one had a project for school and we needed to print a few things. I placed the order…read moreonline and that was a pretty quick and simple process. Once I placed the order, I received confirmation of my order along with the estimated pick up time so I knew exactly when to grab my order. Located next to the Walgreens just past the Cumberland Pkwy intersection at Paces Ferry, if you're not paying attention you could miss the turn. When I walked in I think I was surprised at how busy the shipping area was but luckily for me there was only one person in front of me needing assistance with printing services. Unfortunately the person in front of me needed a lot of help and I waited about four minutes before another associate greeted me and asked if he could assist me. I let him know I was picking up an online order and he asked for my name and quickly grabbed my order. I appreciated that he reviewed the printed material with me and made sure that I did not need any further assistance. A decent experience but I think if someone had simply let me know "hey we're busy but we'll be with you shortly" that would've gone a long way.

I called ahead of time to find out what the extra pricing would be on card stock color printing but…read moregot a different quote from Justin when I arrived. With the assistant manager standing next to him I explained to Justin that the quote was $.10 extra for the card stock and each print was $.59. He said no it's $.30. I showed him my phone the time that I called this location was 11:30 am. In trying to find out who I might have talked to, I asked him if the assistant manager on call was here at 11:30. Justin's reply was "I can't give you his schedule!" I replied I'm not asking for his schedule I'm just wanting to know if he, The assistant manager, was here at the time. Because it could in fact be him. Justin kept saying I can't give you his schedule. I asked Justin if he, himself was here at 11:30. Justin said I can't give you my schedule. Again I replied I am not asking for your schedule I'm just asking if you were here at 11:30 when the person I talk to was here because I had called at 11:30. After much frustration he finally showed me to a copier and he Had trouble working the machine. I told him if the price was going to triple for the Card stock, I only wanted one copy. At check out I was in fact right, it was $.10 extra for card stock paper. I called the assistant manager Alan over and he said yes it's $.10. He also helped me with getting the right orientation on my final print out. Since he was standing close to Justin, I turned to Justin and ask Justin " did you hear that your manager agrees with me?" Justin said "I don't want to talk about it" Truly there is training in professionalism needed here!
