Visited Dickson shopping UPS stores 1079 on 04/03/26, I came to get documents notarized. Michael the manager was extremely rude & unprofessional first off he greeted me with a scowl on his face like it was a bother to help me second I ask did he think one or two of the documents that were attached needed to be notarized, he snapped whatever you were told to do, I stated no instructions were given regarding notarizing these documents, I ask why do you have an attitude. Michael then shoved my documents @ me over counter stating im not helping you leave. I Then stated Jesus loves you & I hope you dont treat your mother this way. Michael I hope you get the training & help you need, I hate to say but this UPS stores is going to continue to lose business with this nasty manager in charge, I hope the owner Sue Park gets this resolved. read more

First I would like to say ...I have used this store for Returns to Amazon + other activity since @ least 2008. About there weeks ago I took an Amazon package for return & was treated rudely by Michael ( he said he was the Manager! Again today July 24 when I returned two items! Michael was sp extremely rude..and when I complained he advised me I could go to another store! Does the store not need our Business? Can it afford a horribly Rude agent? I am also contacting UPS. This UPS sits at the end of a small strip mall between Monterrey and Dunkin' on the corner of South Cobb and Concord. Parking - Even though it is in a strip mall, the spots are limited as all the businesses are pretty busy. However, if spots aren't available in front of the store, you can always grab a spot behind the plaza as there is a small lot there. Service - Solid. When I arrived there were 3 people behind the counter and 4 people in line. They got through the line fairly quickly, only to have it stack back up and multiply within minutes. I was returning equipment and the clerk was patient and helpful, and when he needed help he got the owner, who was equally helpful. Upon leaving, I was thanked by them both, and I heard the other staff do the same to the folks they helped. Overall, I was happy with my visit and was in and out in about 10 minutes. The staff were nice, the store was clean and the location is convenient. No major issues and when in need, this will be my go to location! read more

This place closes earlier than their listed hours. They lock their door early, and if they let you in or not is completely arbitrary. If this location starts lock their doors right at close I will change my review. I don't think it's the owner that does this - it's the employees. read more

This is the best UPS store I have visited. The employees are quick and responsive, as well as polite. I like how they professionally and proficiently handle a small army of people coming into the space with precision and fairness. They clearly pay attention to the details because they know the order of folks arrivals. If a pushy customer tries to unfairly jump the order, the employees will kindly let them know that someone else was ahead of them and that they will be with them shortly. This is great because it keeps the potential drama down. I would suggest that this store hires a couple more people to handle the volume of business they get because they are on a busy road. But, overall they are doing a fantastic job! read more

Mr Yong was so helpful and friendly when I came in with my huge shipping order. He handled everything quickly and efficiently and made the shipping labels easy to understand for when I need to track packages. I come here all the time, usually just to drop off one thing. Went to the UPS store at 3316 S. Cobb Drive location on 3/15 at my lunchtime to make a few Amazon returns. The employee at the front desk, I am assuming he is the store manager, was absolutely rude. He was a light skinned black man with glasses & dreadlocks. had all my returns in its original packaging and the bar codes. When I approached the counter, he just said place the items on the scale. Then he proceeded to unbox each item. Note: I had a total of 7 items. I was puzzled at the reason he was doing this. Then after he unboxed all the items, scanned them all, and handed me my receipt; as I was walking off he said you need to take your boxes. He proceeded to say if I didn't want to take the boxes, he would cancel my returns. As I got the boxes, I went over to a counter by the door that had a trash can so I could discard of the bubble wrap in the boxes and he hollers over to me that trash can is not for that. Again he goes do you want me to cancel your returns. At this point, I felt threatened and harassed by this man. I have never been treated so bad. You all need to do something about this man because he is literally losing his marbles. Never again. read more

The service here was terrible. I came in, waited in line, and when it was my turn to be waited on, one of the workers began working on my shipment. After he started, the customer that he had FINISHED up with before me found an error on his receipt. So the worker, with no explanation to me, stops working on my order and fixes an error that amounted to $1.29. He finally gets back to my order. He then soon begins helping another worker who was working with a customer who had been behind me in line. It seemed like the other worker needed some help. So the worker who had been working on my order actually cashes out the customer who had been behind me in line. So I'm sitting here waiting while he helps others, who should have been waiting while he finished up with me. No apologies to me for making me wait. No explanation for why he'd finish up someone's order who came into the store after me. Note, that in this time of my waiting, all the other people he helped before finishing my order were male. I am not male. Sexist much? I won't be back. I'll just hit the post office next time. At least the post office understands how a queue works. read more

I am very familiar with how UPS drop off procedures are and the Asian guy in this location was completely not helpful with helping me ship my returns off. He made up excuse after excuse as to why I couldn't do so. Then the lady assisted me and took care of the matter in less than 3 minutes. He either needs to be trained on the procedure or taught to be more helpful in the customer service field. And then the response below is rude and uncalled for. My package was SEALED AND NO LABLE WAS NEEDED ON MY END. read more

The owner is extremely rude. I tried to cheat me out of my money had I have not known the return company's policy he would have cheated me out of my money. He showed no regard to his customer service please do not visit this location. There is another UPS store less than three minutes away please I am asking do not visit the store. read more

I just wanted to shout out the manager, Stephanie for amazing expertise & customer service. I have had a huge learning curve this year trying to ship out bulk orders and I couldn't have navigated this without Stephanie's helpfulness and patience in teaching me how to shop correctly. Went to the UPS store today to get a document notarized. My document had to be notarized under my business entity as required by the SBA. The manager, I assume, Stephanie decided that because she couldn't understand what was being asked that I was wrong and told me that if I wanted to notarize the document that way I had to go somewhere else. Talk about terrible customer service, she did not even take the time to listen to me and understand exactly what I was asking. She gave me an example of how the UPS could not sign a document, which is a stupid as the UPS is a DBA and not the name of the business entity for where she works since UPS is a franchise. From there she continued her bad attitude throughout the entire service. They can consider that the last cent I spend with that franchise, I'll find a UPS Store somewhere else that trains their staff a bit better. read more

I have used UPS whenever I travel for business and personal reasons and since moving to Smyrna from the tri-state area, I have used this UPS almost exclusively due to their convenient hours and expertise. They are always willing to help and expeditious. They're centrally located and were on my way to/from work and now that I have AARP...they honor their discount. Bonus! read more
