Dante is always friendly and always so accurate in knowing exactly what my needs are and how to meet them! The rest of the crew is great as well! It's always a fast in and out because they're so efficient! I am really sad when I have to go to other UPS stores and deal with poor service and poor attitudes. Over the years, I have had a few unpleasant exchanges with her over my mail/packages and today was the last straw. Well, I was expecting a package from Canada which was due to arrive on Feb 4/26. The items were for my brother's funeral so when I received an email from these people that my package had arrived, I swung by to pick it up. It was not the correct package so I tracked the package on my phone and saw that it was refused by the receiver (UPS @ 2451 Cumberland). I explained to her that the package coming in from Canada may require a custom fee. She (Kirsten) admitted that earlier in the day she refused a package because they didn't have any cash on hand however, she didn't bother to look at the name of the receiver or inquire what the cost was. I found that rather odd and off putting but didn't bother to question her further. She suggested I call the 1-800. I got in my car and did just that. The cost was $44.99. I immediately called back the store and spoke to Kirsten's dad (older man). I asked him how they would handle packages that required Custom Fees/COD. Her Dad explained that their 'protocol' for packages requiring Custom Fees or COD are: They would call the customer (myself) and confirm whether I wanted them to accept and pay for it on my behalf and then I would in turn reimburse them. My package was redeliverd on Feb 6/26. I went in to pick it up and asked the dad for clarification on why his daughter (Kirsten), would refuse a package without looking at the name and wouldn't even bother to follow 'protocol' given the fact that, yes, I've been a customer for nearly 20yrs. He staunchly defended her saying that maybe my name was not on the package, that I should have given them a heads up about the custom fees and blah blah blah. Sir, I just spoke to you a couple days ago about your protocol!!! None of this sat well with me so I returned by mailbox key and demanded a refund on my mailbox. The only thing consistent in this place is POOR, UNFRIENDLY, SURLY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

George buddies me by suggesting I visit the store and he could walk me through label crreation. The Fed Ex website was down for two weeks and my situation was desperate and time was running out. The expectation surpassed the experience and George walked me through setting up the label and emailing it in PDF form to my client. The rest was history. Because I have an account my tracking for the package was simplified once the package was accepted in the FedEx ecosystem. Good help is hard to find, and George was leaving support to this location because of staff shortage. His normal office is in Buckhead near Phipps Plaza. When I need help, trust I will be putting on the extra miles if necessary to connect with George. The biggest challenge and area of opportunity is Fed Ex's phone lines. They connect you to anAI source that doesn't comprehend very well when the customer needs are urgent. Instead if you don't choose the correct option which is super slim it will disconnect you. I was disconnected on at least 8 times before someone picked up the phone. Fed Ex spends tons of money on this system without keeping the needs of the customer first. Maybe this experience will render an evaluation and things will change

When I finally got someone to answer the phone, they nonchalantly told me they don't know why they hadn't been picked up. I had to rent an suv and drive 11 hours to deliver the boxes myself. I've never encountered such incompetence, and would never use them again. If you are trying to meet a deadline, DO NOT use this FedEx. They are grossly unreliable.

Once I placed the order, I received confirmation of my order along with the estimated pick up time so I knew exactly when to grab my order. Located next to the Walgreens just past the Cumberland Pkwy intersection at Paces Ferry, if you're not paying attention you could miss the turn. When I walked in I think I was surprised at how busy the shipping area was but luckily for me there was only one person in front of me needing assistance with printing services. Unfortunately the person in front of me needed a lot of help and I waited about four minutes before another associate greeted me and asked if he could assist me. I let him know I was picking up an online order and he asked for my name and quickly grabbed my order. I appreciated that he reviewed the printed material with me and made sure that I did not need any further assistance. A decent experience but I think if someone had simply let me know "hey we're busy but we'll be with you shortly" that would've gone a long way.

Based on my recent experiences, there appears to be a lack of effective leadership and accountability at the store level. When the Store Manager is not onsite, the team leader is responsible for addressing customer concerns. Alexis was the team leader this evening. Instead of assisting me with a legitimate customer service issue, she became emotional, displayed an unprofessional attitude, and ultimately hung up the phone. The most concerning part is that my original service issue with FedEx remains unresolved. Customers should be able to expect professionalism, accountability, and a genuine effort to resolve problems - especially from the person responsible for leading the store in the manager's absence.

The bathrooms were not unlocked during the time I was there. There was no attendant to assist but they are currently looking for someone for all shifts! Time wise: Washing takes 23 mins (cost varies) and dryers 32 mins for $1.50-$2.00 Good place to come and do your laundry. Come see for yourself :)

He also yelled at an older gentleman who needed guidance, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. His behavior was aggressive and uncomfortable to witness. Customer service should be respectful and helpful. This experience was unacceptable. Need thorough training in customer service or be removed from front facing customers.
