I came here after a super fail at the Line Ave & Pierremont store. If you are returning an item BRING YOUR OWN BOX. Have your QR code or print the return label otherwise folks charge in the area. Decent staff that were personable. Polite. read more

Definitely not going to use this UPS store anymore if I don't have to. Owner/manager was the only one working today. Serious attitude. Bad mouthing other customers directly to me. Calling them stupid. Questioning the addresses I wanted to use. I assured him that they were valid and had worked previously from the same store.   to " Definitely not going to use UPS store anymore if I don't have to. Owner was the only one working today. Kept explaining to me how a street address versus a PO box worked. Questioned zip code, PO box and Room Number on address. Had to explain to him that it is a room inside a bigger building. That's pretty common. No thank you! read more

I came here for fingerprinting and while it was by no means exciting, the employee who did it with me was polite and made it more bearable than it could have been. read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Shreveport, Louisiana

This location used to be a 5 star store, but since the new owners took over, the service has declined significantly. The employees are not friendly at all and act like the customers are interrupting their day. I was in the store today to mail a package and the man who waited on me was terribly rude, short, barking orders at me and basically forced the receipt into my hand. I've given this location multiple chances, but today was their last chance. I'll be taking my business to any other location BUT this one. read more

Chris at the 70th St. location in Shreveport, La is very rude, prejudice (maybe racist), and unprofessional. We made a purchase from Amazon and had the package shipped to the UPS store so that someone would be able to receive it if we were not home. The website indicated that the person who picked up the package would need an identification, the name of the person the item was being sent to, and the shipping address. My son's girlfriend went to pick up the package and Chris tells her that he can't give her the package because my son is not there. He then tells her that he doesn't know her and doesn't feel comfortable giving her the package because he doesn't know what she is going to do with the package if he gives it to her. My son then calls the store to verify his information with Chris and tells him that he wants his girlfriend to receive the item. My son further explains to Chris about the instructions for pickup on the website. Chris then explains to him that the store location is a franchise and the information on the website does not apply to them and hangs up the phone in his face. He then turns and tells my son's girlfriend "If I knew you, I would feel more comfortable giving it to you." I then call to find out who the manager is and the name of the "worker" that my son's girlfriend was dealing with only to be treated with the same rudeness and disrespect that Chris had shown my son and his girlfriend and have Chris hang the phone up in my face as well. The item was a birthday gift for my youngest son that had been delayed in shipping but was not a very expensive item at all! We feel so disrespected and discriminated against and will NEVER use this location ever again! read more

I'd give this place a zero star if possible. The owner is rude as hell. he is so nasty to his employees and customers. I went in to ship a very very small box to NYC. They wanted to charge me $15.25 on a Monday to get it there by Thursday. I left and went to The United States Post Office where they shipped the same box for $6.25 to get there by Thursday. As I was speaking with postal employees about that experience the very same owner of the UPS store came in with an arm load of packages from his store to send off through the postal service. He also had removed his UPS name tag. Hummmm double and tripling his cost only to ship through post office? Shady shady shady and theft from his customers. The postal service said he does this all day. Will never ever go back here. And sir don't answer this with a "that's concerning and will forward to cooperate" answer. Each store is individually owned. You are responsible for your own bad behavior. STORE #3432 TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE read more

A female employee was doing her best to help me but was having trouble. The manager or owner (I'm not sure) came over when she asked him a question. He was VERY rude with her, and me. He snatched the paper from her and talked to her like she was a child. I was very uncomfortable, and she seemed unhappy. This used to be a good place to go. I haven't been happy here the last few times I've visited but I won't be coming back after what I saw today. read more

I went in on a Thursday morning to have a package sent overnight. I was given sever times and chose 10:30 am next day morning. My package didn't get to its destination till Tuesday morning and owner was of no help. I shipped a key to some property and had people waiting for the key. I had to get a copy because my package was considered lost at that point Monday morning. So not only was I not reimbursed the money I had to pay for a duplicate but now I have to wait for a 46 dollar check to come by mail and I have up to 15 days. If a package is not guaranteed to reach its destination than it should not be said. Never again will I do business with UPS. read more

This UPS store has great customer service and follow up. I shipped some paint via UPS and had the store package it. The lids weren't securely put on the paint (I should have checked) and it was ruined en route. UPS called me to notify me of the damage, asked me to estimate the cost of the paints, then sent me a check promptly in the mail. Not only were they punctual but they also worked very hard to follow up and make sure I was compensated. It was a crazy time in our lives as we were moving cross country and didn't even have a new address to send the check to. They called and left several messages. When I called back I didn't have to do anything but state my name - they knew exactly what was going on, took down my new address and sent me my check. Outstanding!!! Marisa and the store manager were awesome. I will definitely continue to use UPS! read more
