At the post office they act like we are wanting a favor for them waiting on me and when I fill out a customs form and they have to type in the its they ALWAYs ask why I didn't bundle the items so they don't have to type so much but not here and I appreciate it.

Fedex says the attempted to deliver on Saturdy, however my parents were home and no one attempted to deliver. Then Fedex says they will deliver Monday which is next business day and that did not happen. Called Monday evening and they confirmed it would be delivered on Tuesday. No delivery or even an attempt to deliver Tuesday. Called the help desk and they offered to have my parents drive 30 miles to pick up a package that I have already paid for to have delivered. Ended up just asking them to ship back to the sender. This is really a sad state that Fedex is in. Very unhappy customer. Also, I'm contacting the company I made the purchase from to let them know the run around Fedex is giving. Fedex, keep in mind that when you do not deliver as promised it reflects poorly on your company, but also the company that decided to use your service.

That was much better than replacing my $500 "disposable" printer.

Con: Poor customer service. Front desk failed to tell my…read morepartner that there was paperwork to fill out & that the storage unit we rented was at a different address. Front desk person couldn't tell us which door to use to access the storage unit. The storage units building doesn't seem safe - there was an empty SUV sitting in the parking area the whole time I was there about 3 hours. You have to walk down a long hallway to get to your storage locker - I don't like this design because people could be hiding in there waiting around the corner to jump you after you unlock your unit. Pro: The price is affordable and they had the size and climate control option we wanted.

Large, clean area, newer machines, and great value! Plus: free WiFi!…read more I go to coin laundries when on long business travel trips and have seen a lot. Oddly, I saw this after I stopped in at another close by. I did my laundry here because: 1. Large facility 2. Very nice, newer and well-kept machines 3. Excellent value For example, my machine costs $3.25. At a nearby place, it was $4.25. Dryers are also a better deal. Here, you can start one for just .25. At the other place on State Line, it was a min $1.25! Ample parking at both places, but, for my money and time, this is a really good value. Highly recommended.

They said that they would not credit me for the dryer by restarting it. They said it must of been human error. I dont know what that means. I asked them to check the cameras to prove that I paid and they said that the owner was 2 hours away and could not. I am not out to scam laundrymats out of an hour of free drying. I pulled $10 out of their atm and paid the $3 fee 2x that day and received dollar coins and quarters from the attendant before all this happened. This laundrymat does not put customer service first and $4 is worth more to them then loyal customers. I do not recommend.
