There was some positivity - the individual in the back did come and work with me to solve it, although outcome was still not what I wanted. Experience: Came here to print. Very familiar with the process of using their pc to login into my email to print. Sequence of events: - Printed my documents, accepted payment - Printer was not working, asked the front desk and they told me to email them - The documents were printed but the second page on one of the documents did not align and words were cut out or blurred Instead I left paying 12 dollars (cost of using PC and accepting the print), using the extra step, and still one of the documents was not printed correctly. If you are reading this, I would recommend, if you are not in a hurry, to always ask the front desk for support first because the machinery at this store is not working properly. Especially when you are paying for time using their PC to print. Stay safe everyone.

FWIW this place is convenient but it's not an official USPS Approved Postal Provider or Collection Box. I dropped the items into the dropbox for USPS on the way to work. I have done so for a while with no problems for over a year. I checked the tracking the next day. The tracking never picked up, which means something went wrong. I stopped by the counter on the 3rd business day. The guy at the counter says everything was mailed out [on Monday since he probably thought I dropped it off after 4:30pm on Friday when USPS picks up] and that the dropbox is empty. It's been a full week and still no tracking action on my items. I'm not sure what happened but it's like the items vanished into thin air. I can believe 1 item getting lost all 3 items? Also, if it's near a holiday, they may be closed. There was no sign on the dropbox, but there was a notice on the counter saying they were closed July 4 and 5 when I went to look closer. Well, that is the last time I'm ever using this dropbox.

Especially for mail box service, all mails are kept safe even I sometimes go to retrieve after over a month long vacation (and this time with this corona virus outbreak) ! If I get a package delivered, they will send you their own tracking via e-mails so I can track that specific package using password. You can drop off mails and boxes to be mailed with easy and fast ! If I have any question, I can send them e-mails to communicate anytime! Secondly, and more importantly, the customer service in person is even better. I just love going in there to get my mails and say hello to them :) The gentleman who runs this place is just so easy to get along with. We worked with Rafael (i believe) and he helped us for over an hour and over two days emailing, chatting and just keeping the good vibes going as we delt with this annoying task. I had to take 1/2 a day off from work just to pick up a package. The website is inefficient and I received a dozen emails from them and most contained incorrect info. I would rather use USPS or Fed Ex. The staff was nice and professional. I went in the morning so there was no wait. They check your photo ID and compare it to info on the package you request. While the process was quick it was very inconvenient.
