Great UPS store with amazing staff! We needed a last minute notary for some legal documents and decided to visit this UPS location. The person that helped us with all the paperwork was really nice and helpful. We also needed some witnesses for the documents and thankfully the other staff working there was nice enough to volunteer and do it for us. We were super thankful for their willingness to help us and get everything done. Besides the notary services, I also noticed they offer shredding services, mailbox services, printing and they have plenty of office supplies. Their location is pretty central and they have plenty of parking available across from their store. read more

Went in for a quick and simple request to save my sister-in-laws wedding!!! I was told to print out their wedding vows just hours before the wedding! But with the help of these two wonderful employees (Azzy, and Yolanda). They both went above and beyond with outstanding customer service. read more

Came in to send out a few return items. I had two boxes to send out. Both were open and needed tape. Heather politely informed me, "This one is a FEDEX box. I can't take it but I can close it up for you. She proceeded to close up and take the UPS box as well as closed and prepped the FEDEX box. She didn't have to but she did anyway. By the way, her name tag has the phrase "My superpower is customer service". Well, I would say Heather displayed her superpower today! Well done. read more

I am a frequent visitor to this UPS store,, principally for the purpose of making returns to a large store we all know very well. This morning I had been out for a while from my house and needed a restroom. I asked very politely if there were one I might use, and was denied, being advised that the establishments on either side of that store would be more hospitable. They were. Shipped boxes 3 times over the past 2 months. First time asked about 5% AARP discount listed on AARP web site, no problem, a small amount of money but nice gesture. Second time, asked for discount, they said no problem but when I got home and looked at receipt they had not given me the discount. Third time I asked was told no, the 5% discount did not apply to shipping. I quickly googled it and tried to show employee that it was 5% on shipping and 15% on other services. He did not care, asked to speak to manager and he said he was the manager. I assume up to individual stores to participate or not in the program. Next time I need to ship will simply go to another UPS store and give them my business. read more

This store is great! I love coming here, Maria and Louie treat me like family every time I come in. Anytime I have a problem or just need advice on a project, they come up with great ideas that maybe I didn't think of, or I just needed to bounce ideas off of to make sure that I'm headed in the right direction (work smarter, not harder!) and they always come through. They couldn't track my lost UPS package... They didn't have access to see which (incorrect) address my package was delivered to... Every question I asked was countered with an "I don't know" or "Go to the website." For being the Store Manager, she was pretty useless. The end. read more

I have an at-home business and frequent this UPS store on a regular basis, at least twice per week. I have used their copying, shipping, packing and shredding services. Every time I walk in, which can sometimes be four time a week, I am greeted with a friendly smile and a "hello". When I have a box or two, they're always quick to make room for me to set it down and then promptly scan it in and have me on my way. For my color copying needs, they are always so diligent in helping and spend the time to make sure I'm happy with the end result. As a business owner and mother of two, to know that I can get in and out of here quickly and successfully is a huge plus. Thank you so much for your great service! read more

They have helped me with my business needs - when my computer was out of order -- we are talking printing, scanning, copying, packaging, and everything a business needs. The man who claimed to be the owner was completely rude and threatening. First, the store set to close an hour before it was actually supposed to be closed. Then when I asked for information about the item I was shipping, he refused to help. After I told him I was planning to speak to a manger about the situation he went on a tirade about how he was the owner and could do "whatever the hell he wanted" and proceeded to curse and verbally attack me calling me names. He then menacingly walked toward me as I exited the store. I will happily go to any other location before this one ever again. If this man was the owner, then he has no sense of how to successfully run a business. read more

I live extremely close by so this would be the ideal place to go for my shipping needs however I have avoided it numerous times. The staff is rude and apathetic. They have watched me struggle with arms full of boxes to get the door open and just continued to awkwardly stare while standing there 3 feet away, nice right? They've also been very slow and impersonal in helping customers. Once they even suggested to me (almost dared me) to use USPS instead if I wanted to save money. So I did. Pretty shocking when the post office is preferable over somewhere else and costs less. All I can figure is UPS must care so little about each individual customer that they are literally turning them away and don't want the business anymore. Great business model... read more

UPS stores usually do a pretty good job from my personal experience, however this one falls short of customer expectations. It seems as if you are a bother whenever you enter the store and ruining an employees time of getting paid to sit down. Whenever they ask you questions it's just ramble and very mono tone, it's as if they are saying "not again!". This store definitely needs some new hires or better training on customer satisfaction. I will definitely not visit this particular location again or not even sure if I would consider UPS for my shipping needs. read more

I've recently had the pleasure of working with Hector at this UPS store and I have to admit he went above and beyond to help me out. I'm out of town and used this store to have a packaged shipped to me and Hector did an amazing job communicating everything to me, providing me with tracking info, let me pay via credit card over the phone, and just went way out of his way to help me out and it's greatly apprecaited. I use UPS quite often but never have I received service like this. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the area!! read more

Lois (who claimed to be the owner) was SUPER rude to me and cussed at me. I was carrying in a large and heavy package to return to sender, he never offered to help me carry it in (I'm a petite woman BTW) and dropped it once trying to get into the store. When I found out I had to got to FedEx and UPS could not help me (long story that was my mistake), he was very rude about it, when I asked if I could get a strip of tape to tape down the flaps which were making it hard to carry, he said I could buy some tape but no he wouldn't give me even 6 inches of tape. As I attempting to leave and fell through the door once again, dropping my purse, and the package he never offered to help (mind you the store was empty). I called back to get his name so I could complain to corporate and he recognized my voice, when he asked if I was the lady who was just in I said yes and I was planning on reporting him to corporate he told me to "fuck off, I'm the owner go ahead and complain and fuck you!". I got call later form someone who I think must be the REAL owner and to be fair she was very nice and apologized profusely but nothing justifies his rude behavior. All I wanted was even an OFFER of help me out the door and a 6 inch strip of packing tape....NEVER going back. read more
