I always use Fedex for this reason- Who would want to deal with ignorant people when you are shipping important items?- They shipped an item for me and they went to the wrong place to deliver it so they brought my package back from Kentucky to Florida? STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Horrible experience, would give 0 stars if possible. The gentleman working the counter name Irssh could not wait a couple of seconds for my Amazon return code to load on the app, he told me to step aside and was going to serve the people behind me. I told him to be patient and let the app load. He then said he was refusing to help me. I asked for a manager and no one stepped up. Tried calling UPS but you cannot speak to a representative. Another gentleman walked out a few minutes after me and said "It's always a s**t show at this location." Apparently Irssh does not care about his customers. He is a bad employee and I hope he is not a reflection of what UPS stands for. Irssh should be removed from employment at UPS immediately. Until Irssh i removed from employment at UPS, I will be taking my business to FED-EX and I encourage all those reading this to do the same. I recently had to ship a very expensive (thousands $), large, fragile glass bowl from FL to CA. Lauren spent a lot of time deciding how best to send it to insure that it would arrive safely. She approached this job as though this was her own valuable bowl. She instilled confidence in me that this would actually arrive in one piece. I was greatly relieved when it arrived in CA safely. The packing job was incredible; it took 20 minutes to unpack but I am not complaining. This was a masterful packing job--an engineering feat! Clearly a lot of time and thought went into this. I now regret that I have moved out of the area as I will not be able to use this service again. However, I would strongly recommend it to everyone. read more

I've been in this location a few times over the last year and every single time I wonder why I came back. The woman who works there is so rude. I took a package in the other day and (after standing at the counter of the completely empty store for a couple minutes waiting for someone to come out of the back and help me) I said "it's labeled and ready to go" I'm given the response "I can see that." She always has an attitude. Literally, every single time. How do you have a wait when there is not one other customer in the store? I'm never coming back. Just coming from the store...was really disappointed. Printed some PowerPoint slides, didn't print the way I wanted it to, I still had to pay for everything even though I didn't take any of the printouts. Was told it's not there problem if if wasn't done right I still have to pay because they don't get their supplies for free. I asked, why don't you guys tell customers that before they started printing?, this is the response it I get, "you didn't asked, and we don't know anything about computer or Microsoft ". My mother and I are in town for the weekend to pack up a family member and move them across country to be closer to us. Having very limited time, we got all his belongings sorted and decided what we were going to ship (more than we ever expected). We got to this location with only an hour to spare before they closed and managed to get the whole thing all settled and paid for! The girl that works behind the counter is probably one of the rudest people that I have ever encountered in customer service. I went to get fingerprinted and she was absolutely of no help to me. In fact her attitude was so unprofessional, I went somewhere else. All the UPS franchise owner need to do a better job screening and interviewing their employees. This place is so overpriced! I went here to purchase a box and packing tape and they tried to charge $9.50. I went across the street to walmart and purchased the same box and tape for less than $3.00. Their shipping is outrageously priced as well. They wanted to charge me $25 to ship an item ups ground 10 day delivery, I went to the post office and purchased flat rate priority shipping for $13 guaranteed delivery 2 to 3 days. Plus when I went in there it took them 20 minutes just to help me, I do not know how this place stays in business. read more

Myself and two other people came to get our fingerprints done for our school and the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful and eventually turned us away. He also said that they only do two or three fingerprints per day because they have other things to do. Why offer a service if you can't/won't do it? Worst Customer Service Ever! Employee suggested that I take my business elsewhere. The UPS Store is a drop for AT&T. After I was told that I must provide Acct # on a parcel already sealed with a printed UPS tag on it. Employee advised they MUST scan the parcel whilst I remained in store with the acct # written on box or pkg could not be processed by their store. As per her suggestion, I took my business elsewhere where my pkg was immediately processed! We live and learn. read more
