I physically visited their office with copies of my company's business cards and letterhead and asked for them to reproduce the materials exactly in a fairly large quantity (for a small business of approximately 10 employees). The company faxed various "proofs" to me and I approved them. But since they were faxed, obviously, they didn't show color. When the order was completed, they shipped the order to me. But when the order arrived, the colors were COMPLETELY wrong. I immediately called and told them so. However, the company refused to fix their error. First they said I didn't give them a color code. I explained not only did they never ask for one, I didn't know what a color code was. I told them I personally delivered copies of our existing letterhead and business cards to them and instructed them to match the colors and design exactly and that they said they could do that. At that point they said they never received any of the materials. I asked to speak to my Customer Service rep, whom I met with when placing the order. His name was "Dean." Dean continued the lie that they never received a copy of our business cards or letterhead to compare colors. At this point I am fuming. I tell Dean that I met with him personally and that he took my materials from me himself. He continues telling me he never received them. I ask if they never received them, how were they able to duplicate the design layout for me to proof? He simply restated, "We never received copies of your business cards or letterhead." This went round and round. With me telling Dean that I sat at a table with him, gave him the materials personally, and wondered how they could matched the design layout perfectly if they never received the items I gave him. And Dean just kept replying, "We never received copies." Finally, I asked to talk to the owner "Barry". They refused to let me speak to him. But they said they discussed the matter with Barry who refused to rerun the order. They said, Barry would let us keep the incorrect order at half price or they would come and pick up the incorrect order they sent and not charge us for it. However, they refused to correct their mistake and redo the order correctly. I told them to pick up their order and that we'd be finding a new printing service. Stay far away from this company. There are much better, and more reputable, print shops out there than these people.

The price per hoodie was reasonably priced given the higher quality of the hoodies I had picked for my team. The hoodies were done within a week or so. My team really liked them and still wears them often at work to date. Quite cozy for a Friday casual look. I also recently had some all black and all navy trucker hats made for my team with our team department name embroidered on them. They came out nice and were a hit with my team. Yelling at customers to scan their own packages for Amazon returns but the machine wasn't working so it continued to print out "see agent labels" and the owner (I presume) was annoyed that the customers needed service. It was actually kind of comical until I had to interact with him. I told the man packing my stuff (presume it was the owner because I can't imagine an employee yelling at customers the way he did) that these items were sentimental (my grandpas's cowboy hat) and asked to have the items bubble wrapped and paid like $50 for it! When the box arrived the glass items were in bubble wrapped but not appropriately wrapped so the glass was everywhere in the box. My glass items were broken and my grandpa's hat was not wrapped at all, and neither were my ceramics! The hat was smashed by a heavy cardboard box (with a drill in it) that they had just placed on top of the hat. These people are completely incompetent and ruined all of my irreplaceable stuff. Do not bring anything of value here.

Lines that go on forever, and are so slow that a bottle Heinz ketchup flows twice as fast. Thankfully, a friend of mine told me about this place on M-17, just west of Golfside Road. I needed to mail a package to my friend in Tokyo, so I went to the local post office on my day off, and there had to be nearly 50 people waiting in line. Then I remembered Goin' Postal was right near a specialized grocery store that I really like on M-17. So I left the line behind and drove out west of town. Was I ever lucky, I was the only person in line, and after I filled out my customs forms, purchased some stamps I was right out the door in less than 10 minutes. The staff at this place is very friendly and gave me several shipping options to choose from. I can just imagine as I drove home, most of the people in that line at the local post office were still waiting in line to be served. That said, I was amazed that my package arrived within a week. I highly recommend this place, as they are faster than the local post office, and they don't have the attitude that some of the postal workers have.
