On my way to the store to get some, drove past the mailbox store and decided to go in. They took my books, provided the priority box, taped it up themselves and printed my label and gave it to the post man while I was waiting. All for the price of the priority postage I already paid. Had it not been for her, likely this package would've never been delivered or sent back. The actual UPS customer service number was no help and could not tell me where the package was, only that it was "out for delivery." I had been in touch with Deb nearly every day until the package was located and properly redirected to a UPS access point. She was so sweet and helped remediate a very stressful situation! The UPS customer service number is actually useless and no one on the line could tell me what was going on. Deb and her team were the only ones who took the time to make this possible and luckily the package was delivered to the right location just in time for Christmas!
