I'm still shocked at the way I was treated here. I'll never come back. I bought something online that I had to return. The website sent me a prepaid label for free return shipping with UPS. The box was too large to stick in the UPS drop boxes so I got on the website and found this awful place as an authorized drop spot. The man working (the owner?) was so rude and nasty. He lectured me about stealing money from him by using a prepaid label. Said I was driving him out of business. So I was supposed to throw out my free shipping and pay him to ship it for me?! I don't get it. If UPS isn't reimbursing you to be a drop off maybe reconsider the choice to offer that service. And no offense but if there wasn't free shipping I would have gone to the post office, not some over priced shady shipping business in a terrible strip mall where the homeless congregate. No idea why I needed a lecture about his failing business for using a prepaid label sent from the recipient. He gave me this flyer and threw my box in the back. (See attached photo). Tip to the owner: maybe consider changing your services to align with a changing online marketplace. And when you do get a customer don't be so nasty. I couldn't wait to get out of there and I certainly won't take any of my other shipping business there. Rudest individual. The man behind the counter talked to me like a child being reprimanded because I brought a package to be shipped through FedEx with a QR code. Will never be back! For the amount of business you get from our family and the prepaid return label I used from a company to return my package is minimum! I do not appreciate being giving a hard time for using a prepaid return label for my package because you don't get paid! However I can reassure you will NEVER get another penny from me or my family! I should have known not to go inside as the outside is not inviting or professional looking. Inside wreaked of pot, which for me smells literally like garbage or roadkill. It was so strong I immediately backed up to the door I'd just entered. The owners (a man and woman) seemed unfazed and were helping someone else. After he took notice of us and told us to move to a separate counter we thought he was coming over to help, but he didn't, he instead walked to the other side of the store and started doing something else. When they finished with the other person there was some awkward affection PDA between the man and woman that made us again, want to leave. But we were there for a simple notary authentication on a form. When it was our turn to go up and we showed him the form he said that the person who'd sent it to us also needed to have their signature notarized so we'd need to have it resent to us (which is fine). But he then proceeded to tell us how we should have that person send us a different form for our state because our forms are better and they don't know what they're doing. I explained that they needed to use the form from their state as the originators, and he kept insisting otherwise. It wasn't worth arguing so we shrugged, left, and vowed never to go back in. Grabbed some literature (flyers, brochures) on my way out about their web/graphic design services. It is utter nonsense, and again, unprofessional. read more

Said people like me were putting him our of business. If hadn't needed to return the item, I would have told him to drop dead. Forget this business, Staples is up the street. read more

I needed just fifty copies of something photocopied. The guy was sitting there who I believe is the owner looking at something on the computer. I walked in and said hi to him it didn't look like he was going to say anything to me as he chewed a mouthful food and said shit as he looked at something on the computer. He actually did not help me until the woman came in from smoking outside to help me. She actually was more nice than he was. The job was done very quickly and I was charged $10.60 to photocopy 50 pages. That comes out to about $0.21 a copy which isn't bad. read more

Avoid this place. Clerk said they couldn't give me a confirmation/receipt for dropping off a parcel with a Prepaid FedEx Label because I hadn't spent any money. She said they were only a "FedEx Drop Off Point". I took the same parcel right up the road to RadioShack in the Peoples Plaza. Clerk there scanned the parcel and said FedEx would email me a confirmation, which they did. They are both a "FedEx Drop Off Point". Why the lack of service at Mail Bags Plus??? I wonder how many parcels disappear from there and the sender has no proof of mailing. read more

Actually gets zero stars and I should have read previous reviews as NOTHING has changed. First trip to drop off FEDEX prepaid return I was told they could not accept because FEDEX pick up had already been made that day. Shame on me because I went back as Mail Bag is the closest drop point to my home and I wanted a receipt. Instead, I was offered extremely rude behavior from several employees (incl manager) and handed a piece of paper griping about the $.50 FEDEX pays them for prepaid items. Unbelievably, it also asks customers NOT to use prepaid labels and opt to PAY Mail Bag for their shipping service. The manager also refused to provide a receipt for my item. I will never go back and intend to lodge complaint with FEDEX. Since Mail Bag folks are clearly NOT getting the message from Yelp, maybe FEDEX needs to reconsider using them as their agent in the area. I will NEVER go back and if you read this, you should GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

I have heard the stories of the people here complaining about prepaid labels, but I've actually never observed it myself. I have brought numerous large items here, most being simply too large for me to handle myself but a few with prepaid labels. The service I've received has always been adequate at worst, and every package I've had them send arrived safe and sound. read more
