I'll rate my experience(s) one star but if it was a way to rate lower I surely would. Nothing I've experienced there over the years would make me recommend them to anyone. No congestion like you'd fine in a town center. I usually go in for copies, ink, paper, tape - normal stationary. They do an excellent job of laminating. The gift card selection is very appealing.
