It comes off as misleading, especially since he said they aren't even based here. When scheduling over the phone, I was told pricing depends on volume of items, but no "starting at" price or anything. I was surprised at the prices (starting at $169), and especially surprised at the ADDITIONAL $150 labor fee that I also wasn't told about. I was later told that if I had my items in a central location that I wouldn't have to pay the $150 fee, but if I could move them myself then I wouldn't have to hire a service. What I thought was going to be an easy and reasonable service turned into feeling misled and scammed.

I have not had any quality issues, they can hold items while we are away, often Robert calls when it is raining to make sure I am home before he leaves our items. The convenience of pick up and delivery seems not a lot until you have to take and pick up yourself.

However, when I returned to pick up my items, the experience was significantly different. The staff member assisting me was discourteous and handled my payment interaction in a manner that felt unprofessional. Additionally, I was charged an extra fee for using a credit card, which was not disclosed prior to completing the transaction. When I asked about the charge, I was told, "That is what the credit card company charges and there is nothing I can do about it." While I understand that fees may exist, I believe they should be clearly communicated to customers beforehand. I value respectful customer service and transparency in pricing. I'm bring this to their attention in hopes that it can be addressed moving forward.

When I opened the small orange and black bag there was 3 twenties and I was shocked. This was money that I forgot to remove from my clothes prior to placing them into this cleaners.
