However, the front staff here have been outstanding. I came here twice during Christmas week to get some last minute items shipped off to customers and the staff were very friendly, had a great deal of patience's and surprising this post office is very fast. That was a waste of time. The person that answered the phone was rude and had an attitude. When I mentioned that I'm trying to get help getting a package that is medication that I needed urgently she kept saying she couldn't help me. I asked if they could contact the warehouse she said no that no one can call them. She then ended the call by hanging up on me. How this person had a job in customer service is beyond me. I am aware we just had a winter storm but mail resumed 5 days ago.
