Smells clean, machines seem clean & well maintained. There's a snack machine, beverage machine & soap center in case you forget stuff you need. There's also some vending machines, a tv, & nice cold working AC. The large machine I used was $4.75 for one (huge) load of clothes. I didn't need to use the dryer as I still have a working one at home. Attendant didn't greet us but there is someone on duty. Also, the place is well lit.

There are some popular 80's video games such as Mrs. Pac-Man and my personal favorite Galaga. I don't get to the laundry often but when the need arises, this laundry mat takes some of the sting out of washing clothes with strangers. I had a sport coat and pair of pants cleaned and it was some time ago. The pants were still in the cleaner's plastic wrap when I took them out to wear to a funeral. There was a large white spot in the crotch and I tried to wipe it of with a wet rag. It just left a wet looking circle. I took it back to the cleaners for a redo. They said it had been too long even if I just took them out of the bag. The lady said, "Sir, we have a policy." I have a policy, also. I don't trust anyone that doesn't trust me. I always assumed they would be right. Lesson learned. Inspect your clothes when you pick them up and find cleaners that trust you.

I said ok and picked it up and brought it home . i called them to let them know the zipper was very tight and hard to zip the manager said bring it back , jt just needed zipper oil. I picked it up assuming everything ok, it was better but still a little tight. At the time the weather was very hot for this time of year, so I assumed everything ok and hung it up in closet few weeks later weather cold enough to wear, when I zipped it up about 2 inches it began to split apart. I called back manager said sorry can't fix it because there seamstress no longer works there. I said that's ok just give me a refund and I can fix it somewhere else. He again said sorry you had it too long and must have just wore it out! I reminded him that I have not wore it , because weather still too hot m, last part of Nov temp in the 80's and was still playing golf. He again refused a refund ! I said by the way she even put the zipper back on the wrong side left and instead of right il so just refund me half the price to pay to have the zipper redone on the correct side. Same answer NO RFUND period! Thankfully the competitor up the street didn't agree that it was "covered in pet hair" and does not have such a policy in place. Good luck with your business as you will need lots of it with this ridiculous so-called policy. You've lost a good customer. I'll give you two stars for servicing us occasionally with random items over the past several years. Wow, it's crazy what one visit, one policy, and poor management can do for a business. A good business would make customer service a priority and I left there feeling humiliated.

I began to take my clothes out of the bag and explain to her that has a little cat hair on it but not a lot..she said that she can't take it and I thought she was joking. She then began to say that it would get on another peoples clothes... and told me I could lent roll it.... Now I'm very upset because this is your job.
