Unfortunately it did rain on our wedding day. However, since it "didn't rain enough at the Memphis airport" they refused to honor their promotion. Disappointed because they were not honest about the promotion and it's details. The rings themselves are also beginning to tarnish, even though they were quite expensive ($4,000+). I would not recommend this franchise to anyone. The lack of transparency and honesty coupled with questionable product quality and steep prices make this a regrettable transaction.

She came back out handed me my rings and told me they couldn't do it. I don't feel like I should have to ask why, it should have been explained without me asking, but it wasn't. I was told this place was a great "mom and pop" shop but I didn't have that type of experience. At all. The guy who said he couldn't do should have come out and explained to me why. He didn't. Maybe if I went at a different time and had someone else helping me it would have been better. My advice; girl with the double nose piercing needs some customer service training.
