Disappointed because they were not honest about the promotion and it's details. The rings themselves are also beginning to tarnish, even though they were quite expensive ($4,000+). I would not recommend this franchise to anyone. The lack of transparency and honesty coupled with questionable product quality and steep prices make this a regrettable transaction.
