The Commerce Street Market can be comparable to an indoor flea market consisting of many local vendors. However, much better than your average flea market. One can find a large variety of merchandise available for all ages. Also check out their Facebook page for updates on sales and arrival of new merchandise. The young ladies that work there are very helpful and friendly. This gem is located right off of Commerce and across the street from the tennis courts. Look for the turquoise sign.

She's running a business, and should treat any potential customers politely and with respect. Do not do business with this lady. I called to see if she would be interested in doing business with me, as I have several items that I would like to put on consignment. Before I could even tell her the details of my items, she quickly responded with "I'm not interested in anything you have." She then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I'm an understanding person, and I get it if business is not good right now, but there's a right and wrong way to speak to people. In my opinion, she is not very good with customer service.

You can find anything from frozen vittles to threads to tractor signs to junk craft stuff to furniture to llamas and beyond. I bet you could find nine "live, laugh, love" signs here. I'm not sure how any of this works really. I just walk around with my wife and agree with her judgement on things. I make sounds and stuff. She comes here a lot without me too I think. She buys things for the kids all of the time. Recently, she found a dresser here for my Grands nursery. She told my kid about it and kid came to check it out and it was gone. Kid found it at another place like this in Collierville for like $250 more than it was here. The exact same one! Crazy thing is.... They bought it! I never thought of flipping things from a place like this, but I guess you can always find a suc... buyer for anything. One man's trash is another man's treasure, they say. Anyway, I stopped in briefly and went through pretty quick. It was a little messy and probably not easy to navigate if you have mobility issues. I saw a few things I would collect if they were in better condition and a little cheaper. I did not purchase anything.

They carry pottery from Fingerprint, Tab Boren, Etta B, and Crossroads Pottery, just to name a few. They have a fantastic selection of jewelry, including Earth Grace, Brighton, Waxing Poetic, and Kitzi. This is definitely the place to go for monograms, whether its jewelry, cosmetic bags, beach towels or shirts. They have a few super cute tops and dresses, and I believe I even spotted a few pair of shoes. I also noticed a good selection of picture frames and candles. I also got a really good marmalade (raspberries and jalapeno) for a good appetizer with friends. Overall, I always hit this store for nice and unique gifts(usually silver jewelry) and they're always a hit.

Sure- But if you…read morehave a vintage actual CLOCK, I'd recommend you go elsewhere- Here's my experience: I have a Fashion clock from 1869 that has been in my family since its initial purchase- It was left to me explicitly by my Grandmother, who told me when I was a child a bit morbidly that she was going to "be in the clock" for me after she died- It has kept time for my whole 53 years with no issues, other than the clapper on the bell losing some of its strength- A couple months ago, it would stop working after 5-10 minutes of being started/wound- I contacted Memphis Mean Time and was assured it was definitely in their wheelhouse to repair- Just driving it there gave me a bit of anxiety because it had not left my possesion EVER- I dropped it off and was explained that the bench fee just for diagnosing it was 50$ and repair could easily run over 500$- As this was a family piece of more sentimental value than ANYthing in my possesion, including my house, of course I agreed to the terms, which were confirmed multiple times upon me (I guess I should have dressed nicer)- So, after a week or so, I get a voicemail informing me that the clock is "not fixable" and I could come pick it up- Hearing it was "not fixable" was extremely distressing, as it had worked non-stop for my family since the Civil War- So I went to pick it up, and a different gentleman was behind the counter- He told me his tech was out on a job and was unaware of my work order, and I could "look around" for my clock- It was on the floor behind me on its back with its middle spire missing- He gave me a blank look when asked about the spire, so I wrote a note to the tech about said missing spire and left with my clock- As I drove home I noticed the second hand post was touching the clock face and wondered if that could be causing the malfunction- I got home, adjusted the face so it wasn't up against the post, and the clock started working again, and has solidly for the past 3 weeks- So it was NOT "unfixable"- I didn't get a call back about my missing spire so I sent a text to the tech- After sending photos of me in the with the clock en route to their shop with a red arrow to the spire, he told me he'd look for it- No contact back, so the next day, I contacted him and was sent a picture of a brass spire that of course wasn't mine and was nothing like my clock's missing piece- So, after a week of back and forth communications, always initialized by me, Im without the center spire on my clock- Despite multiple family moves over the past century and a half, this clock has remained intact and working- Until I took it to Memphis Mean Time, handed them 50$, and was told it was "not fixable"- So if you have a watch needing a battery, go for it- Otherwise, I'd recommend you look elsewhere until these guys get their act together

Bob Richards is incredible with his integrity of his company. After the death of my great-grandmother he even put out an add in memory of her for an organization that meant very much to her. I popped in and asked to have the battery replaced. $12 and 5 minutes later I was set. Tony, the proprietor, is knowledgeable, expedient, and fair. He diagnosed another watch just by my description of it and quoted a rate to repair for less than anything else I've heard of in the past few months. Whatever your needs, I can't recommend him enough. And yes, it does smell like an old cigar shop (probably because it was an old cigar shop). Does this in anyway speak to the value, professionalism, or quality of it being a jewelry store and watch repair shop? No. Credit where merit earns it. Merit well deserved, at least in my opinion.
