There were a few other customers with two clerks and the you man in training was free to help me. He was very friendly, polite and was able to do the transaction quickly. After my important document was lost, I was told by the store, via an e-mail, "You can come back in and have the document notarized again and shipped off at your expense." Today march 5, 2025, came in , about 10:25am to mail a small package 13 by 10 size box . l have been sending packages from this location for years. I always have the box all taped up. Today l was rushing out and felt it wouldn't be any problem if I asked them to tape close for me. Oh boy, l was totally wrong. l asked the white guy with a pony tail to help tape it for me . He was very hesitant but did it but he left a space on one side. I asked if he close up that side and these are his words" if you are worried about not taping it up right you should have taped it up before bringing it here". I was embarrassed and I really felt insulted. I looked up the owner was busy with a customer and moreover I was running behind for work, So I left . I have 4 packages of big tapes at home, l didn't deserve this insult. I just pray my niece gets her package. read more

Been using this store for years as it's in a very convenient location. The post office is generally cheaper and if you need boxes and packing this store has plenty and will even prepare your item for shipping, just expect to pay a premium for the same boxes and bubble wrap you could buy elsewhere for much, much cheaper. I'm generally greeted properly by Sir may I help you, not on this particular day, just a dry can I help you, and no thank you upon receiving my services. I don't personally know the manager at this location but know of him and he is normally the example of customer services, too bad he can't work the registers all the time. read more

I would not recommend anyone to go to that store for any service because the white staff are blatantly racist. Yesterday 10/28 I went to have a document notarize and waited in line for over 30 min. There was a white couple ahead of me in line waiting to get their documents notarize. One staff asked what I needed, I said my document need to be notarize, his attitude change and said that the white couple are the last one. I asked him why and he didn't respond. I asked for his name to report him and he refused. A white lady enter the store after me, to get her document notarized and he said that it was ok. I read multiple reviews of the Bartlett UPS store and it seem that the white staff only want to serve their own people. UPS haven't make any effort to address customers of color concern. UPS lost a loyal costumer and I will tell my family and friends in social media not to do business with them. read more

OK so today I had a conversation with AT&T-they informed me that I had some past equipment that I need to return it the best way to return it to them in a timely manner nearest UPS store near me while providing my information-AT&T also informed me that I have no fee for this device So I pulled up my GPS - I found the nearest UPS store which was less than 2 miles from where I was currently heading-the process was quick I was in and out in under 10 minutes the information was gathered -my device was retrieved and process- I received a receipt for my package The UPS staffer was polite and she also informed me to hold onto my receipt for two years as they do no reprints that was extremely helpful to know. I have used this location for years now. People come and go all the time. I shipped a Christmas present for a family member after Christmas and was treated poorly maybe cause I was the first visit the day, who knows! The guy could care less and got bothered with me when I didn't know the contents or value. It was obvious that he hated his job. I wish I had been served by the more seasoned lady that's been there for years. Rudest employees I've came in contact with maybe because we were minorities and they didn't feel like dealing with us. We stood in line and the girl at counter mumbled something to her coworker instead of asking if we needed help. Employees definitely didn't try to help in anyways especially the male with red beard face. I wasn't familiar with the notary process and instead of letting me know in advance not to sign or fill anything out until he instructed us to he just rolled his eyes and smirked stating huh "it defeats the purpose of getting it notarized" even tho he stood there watching me sign and fill out the blank paper instead. UPS needs retrained staff to be more helpful and friendlier to their paying customers. read more

I had to start thijs review based on one a couple down from mine. That dude with the red beard, as you described, does the work of three average employees, I've yet to once not see him completely professional, and I'm betting what your missing ; One, the intent of notarization is the witnessing of your signature on the document. He'd most likely was not rude at all, thats your ego getting rightly adjusted . Second, what you even more likely misread is , he cares and probably should have not helped you, what you didn't get is he actually did what most wouldnt. He accommodated you when honestly he definitely had no duty too . This UPS store is run in a manner to move people in and out as quickly as possible while being professional. If you prefer to wait forever, being treated like a bother, and prefer not being assisted, your place is not this store. So as im sure you had nothingv to say to him in person, for anyone readinv this. That entire review is all about feelings, or straight embarrassment. Every single employee, the overall business coud not be better. First, if anyone has used the Fed ex store just across from the UPS store, the difference is so vast that comparing the two isn't possible. This UPS Store , from the top managers, to the employees,are all extremely efficient, very professional, while at the same time courteous. Most importantly, they work hard but the don't make mistakes. They never half do any job, leave you uninformed, or fully taken care of. This is the worse UPS Store that I have ever used. The employees do not know how to use their own software! They could not "find" my account (I've been a business customer for over 10 years). So it took over an hour to ship my packages. I asked to have the email notification turned on. Instead of the free service that I requested I got a copy of my register receipt for which I was charged over $5.00. When the clerk was told that was not what I wanted, she replied that she couldn't do anything about it because the copy had already been made. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. The young woman (that identified herself as the manager) proceeded to explain how it was all my fault & they had done nothing wrong. Really? This store has serious issues, I can not risk my company's image with these kids. I will be driving the extra miles to the Cordova store from now on. read more

I'm not sure why this store has terrible reviews. I've been in twice and had exceptional service both times. The second time was the week before Christmas and the store was packed, line all the way back to the door. The people working were moving and working so hard to get everyone through the line and helped as quickly as possible. They were all so patient and friendly and helpful. The line was long but moved fast! I will continue to go to this UPS store every time I need something shipped! read more
