The staff is on their A-Game here and I always have a great experience. I've been coming to this location for quite some time now and here recently, they have remodeled the store in order for their staff to work more efficiently and effectively. After visiting a few times since the remodel, I noticed the vibe and it's definitely a good change. Things seem to flow better. From printing labels to doing Amazon returns and having eviction papers notarized to scanning and faxing important documents like contracts, trusts, wills and lease agreements - the employees have handled my issues properly and with professionalism and discretion. It's so appreciated! I really depend on this UPS location to get it right for me. And they do a fantastic job at a reasonable price! Had she told me I was going to be charged that much I never would have used the service. I complain to the manager. He seemed more interested in getting the last word then satisfying my complaint. He refunded me two dollars claiming I was mischarged by the initial woman. My point is that I was charged with some people make as an hourly rate to fax three pages. While I was there I watched another customer get charged for a free Amazon return. I will never come back to the store again, nor should you. Shame on them.

The fact that this venue helped me pick the right options that made the most sense like shipping times, signage options, size of boxes was a winner for me. I understand not enjoying your job, but at least try to be helpful and proactive with a customer (especially when they go out of their way to be to polite to you). They have a great selection of everyday office products such as paper, writing instruments, binders, tape and post its. They also have a good selection of furniture and organizational bins/accessories. I have shopped in store many time and it seems to be well stocked, well organized and the employees are friendly. I have also used the ship to store options a few times and the items arrive when promised. Ordering online is easy and convenient. If I am running short on time, I have placed orders online to pickup in store. Most items can be ready within about an hour so it is very convenient if you have a lot of errands to run or if you don't really like walking around an office supply store. Any way that I have shopped, the service has been good. They also offer shipping and printing services in store but I have not personally used them. They have good weekly sales that are released every Sunday and they have great deals especially around "back to school" season.
