They ran N the copies in a matter of minutes and it didn't cost more than $10.00.UPS EVEN PROVIDED covers for my genealogy. Nice touch and reasonable price. James Herman Hiemenz read more

Excellent staff. Always smiling and ready to assist. This is a busy location, try not to come around the lunch hour. We have been a customer for years. We enjoy the security of having our mail locked until we pick it up. read more

Unbelievably kind team working here! I called with questions and each was answered patiently and nicely. Went in the following day and everyone was so nice, patient and helpful. I had papers notorized and copies made and the price for these services was great. I have previously shipped items from this location and again, even when they are swamped they are kind and friendly. I don't usually go to UPS unless it's to drop off something with postage already paid for. That said, there usually aren't any lines here - there's been maybe one other person ahead of me a few times. Employees are friendly and I'm in and out in a minute. It's located in a strip mall off of Rt. 31, behind a now - defunct McDs and sandwiched between Sam's Liquor store and a burrito joint. The only pain is trying to make a left out to Barreville Road. read more

I dropped off a package to be shipped at 10:42 am on a Saturday. Estimated pick up from U.P.S (on Saturday) that same day printed on receipt. The package was not scanned in by U.P.S on that day. So the product claim from the manufacture on my product being shipped to was delayed 2 days. SINCE WHEN DOESN'T U.P.S. PICK UP ON A SATURDAY ? I worked at a major company and we still received pick up's / deliveries on Saturday from U.P.S. UPDATE: Some how the return to manufacture didn't receive notice from U.P.S that the item was picked up/ scanned in. Now i have to wait till they receive the item on their end in order for my return to be processed. This delaying the process another 7 full days since U.P.S. does not count weekends as delivery days when item is shipped ups ground. I guess that's what happens when you write a bad review on yelp. REAL NICE,,,, read more

Always prompt service, I've taken advantage of their printing services, post card mailings, and more. Very professional and clean store.

Unbelievable counter support from Kain when I stopped in! I had to send some paperwork off to the Turks and Caicos islands and Kain worked diligently to find me the most inexpensive way to ship! It's nice to see people who place customer needs first - and Kain did exactly this by working with me quickly and efficiently to save me as much money as he could! Highly recommend getting your shipping needs done at the UPS Store in McHenry. Tell Kain I said "hi"! read more

Unfortunately, I got let go from the UPS Store in McHenry. I had been there for THREE WEEKS and was still making mistakes. I feel really badly about myself. I was also working harder than I could handle full time and asked to be changed to part time. I felt badly from the very first week due to the fact that my boss timed me on a transaction with a customer and I took SEVEN minutes instead of THREE! Well, I suppose this is the world I work in now, I'll just have to learn a new job at breakneck speed. I wonder why I wasn't given a chance to catch up, though. And why I got fired over the phone. Maybe I'm just a dinosaur in this world of instantaneous results. It seems like I got used to cover someone else's vacation time, too. But I guess this is okay if I get paid for that. You know, I've only ever had one other person dissatisfied with my work. She was a really hateful person and even she talked to me in her office, face to face, and gave me two weeks to step up to her expectations before she sacked me. This whole thing has me so sad. But maybe it's what I should bring to a therapist and not YELP. WWJD??? read more

Always greets you with a smile. Very helpful in checking my PO Box for us so we save time and money on gas. Shipments are packaged with care and go out when stated they would. Never had a problem with this store and would highly recommend them to everyone! read more

This UPS store never disappoints. Mary and the boys, Kain, Danny and Eric, are always upbeat and very helpful. I usually just drop off my packages and for the few times I have needed to wait, I see the boys being super professional and are truly trying to give each customer their best service. read more

This was my first time visiting a UPS store. And it was a very pleasant experience! I don't know why, but I've been dreading making the trip in to return two separate packages. I didn't have tape to close them. I only had a return label for the one. But no worries! The young guy behind the counter, wish I had gotten his name, was so helpful! So much in which I literally did nothing myself. He was very polite and just made my day. read more
