I love this store. They are always helpful and friendly! The line moves quickly and agents are very understanding.

This UPS store is top-notch when it comes customer service. I'm in there frequently. I never have to wait. The staff is above and beyond courteous and helpful. I've called before and they have come to my car to pick up packages because I have so many or because I'm somewhat unstable on my feet. Today the young, I believe his name was Gilliam, came out met me, helped me and then walked me back to the car. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is. I just wanted to make everyone is aware that the UPS store in Mauldin on Butler Road will not take any responsibility for there errors. They can tell you anything they want and if you don't read the fine print then oh well. They don't care that you paid 170 dollars to have something before Christmas as was promised by the counter rep. They don't care that it cost you an additional 200 dollars to replace the item. They then placed me on hold but didn't put me on hold and talked crap about me. Justin the manager then said he didn't believe his rep told us the wrong thing because they are trained well. So just be mindful. At this UPS store, you will not get what you paid for. And then you will be treated like a nuisance and talked about. They weren't even willing to take partial responsibility for it. Nothing just to bad so sad and I don't have the time to continue to discuss this with you. The manager maybe even owners name is Justin. DO NOT use this location. I won't use UPS again but wouldn't use this location for even other things. read more

UPS policies are ridiculous. They will ship overnight for $10 but a guaranteed delivery is $50. So what do I get for $10? A fleeting hope that it might show sometime this week? And the insurance is a joke. If you are shipping a $600 cell phone and choose not to buy their insurance, they make you declare $100 as the value. Why doesn't the shipping cost include insurance that they item will actually arrive unharmed and on-time? I usually use paypal shipping and my home computer. I won't make the mistake of going to the UPS store again. read more

I submitted items to be printed the previous morning. Paid for it and received a confirmation number. I walked in just now and there was a young lady working named Erika. She was sending another customer away becauae their printer was down and kept emphasizing that they were closing. When I told her what I was there for, she said that the order hadn't been completed. I let her know that I had completed it the previous day, already paid for it and I was supposed to just be able to stop by and pick it up. Instead of taking ownership and working to resolve, she said, "if you would have came earlier instead of a few minutes before close, I would have been able to call and get some assistance with fixing the printer, but it is currently down". UNNACCEPTABLE! This was not my fault. I did what I was supposed to do and gave your store more than 24 hours advance notice of my need. I want my my money back! This isn't my fault! It should have been done and waiting for me. Now we are SCRAMBLING to get these items printed before our meeting tomorrow at 8am! WORST experience ever! DO NOT GO HERE! I sure as hell WILL NOT ever again! Unprofessional and costing ups to lose money by sending customers away! How do I get my money back?! read more

When a customer walks in the store with a problem, the customer hopes that the service person will seize their problem as if it was their own and help the to solve it. Sending a person to the actual UPS location does not solve a problem which could be easily resolved at this location. These service people need to be in the business of helping people to solve their problems and not just taking packages to move on to UPS. read more
