The second time I used this store because of its close convenience. But each time they give me their highest price in compute. The shipping destination is one I use frequently, so am familiar with appropriate charge. Clerk told me $40 some dollars for a two lb package........I said I don't think so & asked for a manager review......I paid $19.00. Watch them CAREFULLY, this is second time they jacked shipping up to highest category. Everyone is entitled to a fair profit, but not highway robbery!!! read more

Went to this location yesterday to get a fax sent. The young lady stated she tried number twice but it wouldn't go through. I called the number when I was in the store and had her listen to the dial tone but she said that was an error. That comment made it apparent she wasn't familiar with fax machines. Maybe the Gen Z should learn how to use a fax machine? I tried number twice this morning and both faxes went through. Correct me if I am wrong but I just noticed she just typed fax number. I thought there should be a 1 or 9 before number when you dial in depending on fax machine? read more

This is the first time I dropped my return package in the UPS store at 722 Collins Hill rd, Lawrenceville, GA 30046 Then my tracking shows that my package stills stay in this location pass 10 days. I call this store, they said "no". You need to call UPS. Then the UPS agent told me that I can not make a claim about my package. I need go back to this store. The store will file a claim for you. I came back to the store, but the man still said to me that "no", you need to call UPS. If you dropped off your package in this store, you lost it, then the people don't want to help you out, how do feel ? and what you will do? read more

I highly recommend this UPS Collins Hill location. I have been going to this location for many years for my shipping needs and never disappointed. The employees are extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Patrick is my go to person, but at this location everyone is awesome!!! read more

Big no no on customer service, I went there to drop off a box for an Amazon return and the lady charged me one dollar just to tape the box shut. Not to tape up the whole box just the two top flaps with one strip of tape, I told her that I drop off boxes all the time and I've never had to pay just to close the box and she suggested that I go to Walmart and buy a roll of tape. Really?!?! I know some of these UPS stores are franchise and probably operated but still I don't expect this kind of nonsense from a reputable company, there are other UPS stores in the vicinity like Lawrenceville Suwanee Road and Duluth Highway. read more

See all of these angry reviews for things that don't give you a sense of the actual business but problems someone had with their own situations. I came in for an Amazon return and they were friendly and gave me a cart to load up the items and printed out the label. Everything went smooth and there was no issue. In the past I recall coming to this store for a UPs shipment and it was a pretty direct process which I had no concerns with. read more

Most of the time drop off my packages by the morning and always there is a guy friendly ready to helping you. they have everything that you need to prepare shipments. in general the staff have good manners and nice customer service. read more

I went in this store at 11:34 today as of Monday April 2, 2018. I brought with me a piece paper and the item. All I need to buy was a big envelope to put the items in and use scissors and tape was nowhere to be found. (Other location usually have tape for customers to use). I went to the counter to pay for the enveloped and the lady was on the phone. She said I'll need pay for postal and evelope. I said I don't need postal cause I'm dropping this in Amazon drop box. She then rolls her eyes like she never heard of it. She then ask me if I used the printer I said no, then ask if I used the computer I said no. (I was in the store for less than 1 min) I said I printed this at GGC (a week ago). Then she said "oh they would have envelope there." (Well if you don't want my business that's fine - demeanor seems like I'm lying) 1. I printed out a week ago at the library 2. I did not go to the bookstore because I didn't know whether they sell envelop for my box or not. 3. She has horrid customer service 4. I left pissed off, I will not go to this location anymore. 5. Feel free to check camera at the time and date mention above if the manager is reading this, I wore black pants, black shirt with red shoes and glasses. 6. She interrogated over a piece of paper I brought in the store. 7. No recipe given. Overall thoughts, do something about customer service. Well, I'm an old guy. So old that I can remember our neighborhood bakery having up a sign that said, "The Customer Is Always Right." Being a simple child, I couldn't quite connect with the abstract wisdom therein. But I was at this UPS store today and was treated with efficiency, patience and respect. Since there was no dispute, I couldn't test their stance on customer satisfaction, but thanks to Allen, I was completely pleased with the entire experience. read more

I came to this store to pick up a package that should have been left at my house. Instead of a package left behind I received a sticky for a pick up. I was greeted by Alan, in which I kindly advised I was there for a pick-up, and to also file a complaint. As soon as he heard the word "complaint" his demeanor became negative and combative. He asked me why would I come to a UPS store to file a complaint? Uhhh because it was a UPS delivery that went wrong? I dont work for UPS! Instead of providing decent customer service and being friendly and benevolent he wasnt but oddly I think he didnt think that I knew any better? I also dont feel he would have spoken with me in that manner if I were there with my (male) significant other? I dont recommend this store and Allen needs to be coached on proper customer service etiquette regardless of age, gender, race, etc. He made my experience very unpleasant unnecessarily and I felt like he was passive-aggressively trying to provoke me; it was as if he's done this before to customers. The man that is usually working at this store is very helpful. The woman that works here is not very friendly or helpful over the phone or in person. I have observed her helping other customers while I am waiting in line and I have spoken with her over the phone. If she doesn't like helping customers, maybe a customer service job is not her best fit. read more
