I told you at least twice that the package I was mailing it back in was the SAME package Amazon sent it to me...best practice is to listen to you customers...or are you saying Amazon doesn't know how to ship and package their own products. Also I didn't know that it had to be a certified, scientifically tested 2 inch piece of tape from Amazon to attach to my package. You wanted me to purchase the tape.....so are yours Amazon approved? You just was looking for money. You need to care for you customers...that is the best business practice. And if you look at your reviews, you will see u need to study up on that. read more

The woman who works there is horribly rude. I can't believe she speaks to people the way she does and still has a job. I will never go back there again and I will make sure everybody I know doesn't go there! Whoever owns this or manage, the store should be ashamed of themselves for allowing their employees to treat customers that way To the person who responded to my review, I'm in CUSTOMER SERVICE and I would never speak to somebody the way I have spoken to and I've spoken to four other people and everyone has said the exact same thing so it's not me. It wasn't the energy I was giving off. It's her. read more

The worst customer service I've ever experienced!!! Walked in looking to print a return label for an Amazon package. Explaining I'm not savvy with using my phone and wasn't sure how to do. The RUDE worker had no patience and was the nastiest person I've ever met. After scolding me on how to send the label to her I asked if she received.. then proceeded to yell at me, "Sir give it a minute" .. All I wanted to know is if I did it right!!! So now I was furious, but had patience to say just print the label.. THEN SHE TURNED AND SAID SHE WASN'T PRINTING IT AND I WAS ON CAMERA!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS! read more

$58 for a box and a total of almost $300 just to pack a 25x30 picture, (this didn't include shipping) we got a quote for $100 elsewhere Update; your reviews say otherwise, I have been shipping 20+ years, price gouging,so $242 labor? read more

Jacqueline, Chris and Wendy were all very helpful and kind I stopped by to drop off internet equipment to be delivered.

I had an appliance return with a prepaid UPS label and Amazon told me that I did not have to box it. When I got to the store ,I learned that they had sent me the wrong label... customer pack.. there was a short, short haired women who was very rude , very annoyed and extremely snarky!! the two other workers .. however .. were patient and tried to be helpful..I was there on April 1,2025. I don't think the snarky one likes her job and forgets about customer service with a smile...I have always gone to the Lacey UPS in the past..I am seriously considering going to the Barneget location. I am sure the franchise owner would like to know about this uncomfortable experience. read more

With the UPS Store being an option for drop-off returns for items I need to return from various brands and Amazon, I just noticed that I'm really at this UPS location a lot. There is usually a line of a few people, but it's the nature of online shopping returns. The line moves fast. I'm grateful I can easily return my items here unpacked. All of the employees are very nice, extra sweet. One time, I had around 6 returns for purchases I made for my mom in a nursing home. Somehow, I incorrectly chose Kohls as my return store for Amazon returns. An employee patiently helped me fix each item in my Amazon app and continued with all my returns. There are plenty of package and mailing supplies sold here, too. This is just a review to highlight the friendly and helpful employees at this location. This location is definitely a hot spot for many online returns. 5 stars. read more

I usually don't like dealing with UPS because I haven't had good dealings with the UPS and they end up costing me more money. This time was different. Shane helped me and went above and beyond and was pleasant and patient while I was not. Thank you so much for your service today Shane! Your amazing! I was in and out of the store! read more

Fast service and very helpful friendly staff. But their prices are almost double compared to staples. Scanner broke and it cost me $1.18 per page to scan 5 pages to my email. Staples is farther away but they only changed me .59 cents per page. read more

In and out quickly! The store smells great, believe it or not, random, but most UPS stores smell of cardboard and shipping material. Nice to see a store solely ran by female employees, pleasurable experience all around. read more

Snotty workers. Not worth giving them your business for Amazon returns. Use a different store for your shipping needs.

Very nice and helpful staff. Was an easy transaction that provided packaging which always makes things easier. I also like some of the stores nearby which adds to the convenience of it being a great place for dropping off packages. Will definitely come here every time I need to ship items properly. read more

update from my previous review Still fighting UPS been calling all day everyday and evening. They lie and say it's out for delivery , when 7 pm comes and goes and we call again they say wait until 9 pm. Still no delivery. the supervisors at corporate don't answer the phone The dispatch promises it's out for delivery but nothing. as of today the 18th no help. You only have 14 days to file a claim so I guess they will lie until then. Filing complaint and going on as many sights to give my experience as humanly possible. DO NOT USE UPS read more

I go here quite a lot for packing materials. I send a lot of parcels to family and friends in Britain. I usually just take everything in, and they chose the best box and lightest way to mail the items for me. The employees are some of the nicest and friendliest people. I've mailed very fragile items across the Atlantic and they have always gotten their in one piece because, in my opinion, the excellent packaging done by the store. read more

Terrible Client Relations , over priced boxes and packing a TOTAL RIPOFF !! read more

Surprised to see all the positive reviews after my recent visit, though they're all old so many it's under new management? The man I spoke to at the counter was so stuck up and rude ! Who the hell let him work with people? I watched him put his fingers in his mouth and then touch somebody's package! SO GROSS!!! I will never be back and will make sure to tell everybody I know to ship through FedEx from now on! read more
