Don't know why I go here but will never again. A few years ago they lost my return to Amazon. Today I was making another return. The man behind the desk was nice, but was concerned about the way I packaged the return. I infomed him that this is the way I recieved it from Amazon..I just put the return label over the shipping label. The manager came over and looked at it and said.."well if it doesn't get to Amazon it is his fault not ours". Then I noticed a corner of the package was lifted. I asked the man if he could please put a piece of shipping tape over this corner. The lady (manager) stepped in and said "You can purchase our shipping tape over there (as she pointed to a wall) or make a donation". The tape would have been no more than 3 inches long. I threw my hands in the air and walked out. That 3 inch tape just cost her my future business..never again! read more

I had an appliance return with a prepaid UPS label and Amazon told me that I did not have to box it. When I got to the store ,I learned that they had sent me the wrong label... customer pack.. there was a short, short haired women who was very rude , very annoyed and extremely snarky!! the two other workers .. however .. were patient and tried to be helpful..I was there on April 1,2025. I don't think the snarky one likes her job and forgets about customer service with a smile...I have always gone to the Lacey UPS in the past..I am seriously considering going to the Barneget location. I am sure the franchise owner would like to know about this uncomfortable experience. read more

With the UPS Store being an option for drop-off returns for items I need to return from various brands and Amazon, I just noticed that I'm really at this UPS location a lot. There is usually a line of a few people, but it's the nature of online shopping returns. The line moves fast. I'm grateful I can easily return my items here unpacked. All of the employees are very nice, extra sweet. One time, I had around 6 returns for purchases I made for my mom in a nursing home. Somehow, I incorrectly chose Kohls as my return store for Amazon returns. An employee patiently helped me fix each item in my Amazon app and continued with all my returns. There are plenty of package and mailing supplies sold here, too. This is just a review to highlight the friendly and helpful employees at this location. This location is definitely a hot spot for many online returns. 5 stars. read more

I usually don't like dealing with UPS because I haven't had good dealings with the UPS and they end up costing me more money. This time was different. Fast service and very helpful friendly staff. But their prices are almost double compared to staples. Scanner broke and it cost me $1.18 per page to scan 5 pages to my email. Staples is farther away but they only changed me .59 cents per page. read more

Snotty workers. Not worth giving them your business for Amazon returns. Use a different store for your shipping needs.

In and out quickly! The store smells great, believe it or not, random, but most UPS stores smell of cardboard and shipping material. Nice to see a store solely ran by female employees, pleasurable experience all around. read more

Very nice and helpful staff. Was an easy transaction that provided packaging which always makes things easier. I also like some of the stores nearby which adds to the convenience of it being a great place for dropping off packages. Will definitely come here every time I need to ship items properly. read more

update from my previous review Still fighting UPS been calling all day everyday and evening. They lie and say it's out for delivery , when 7 pm comes and goes and we call again they say wait until 9 pm. Still no delivery. the supervisors at corporate don't answer the phone The dispatch promises it's out for delivery but nothing. as of today the 18th no help. You only have 14 days to file a claim so I guess they will lie until then. Filing complaint and going on as many sights to give my experience as humanly possible. DO NOT USE UPS read more

I go here quite a lot for packing materials. I send a lot of parcels to family and friends in Britain. I usually just take everything in, and they chose the best box and lightest way to mail the items for me. The employees are some of the nicest and friendliest people. I've mailed very fragile items across the Atlantic and they have always gotten their in one piece because, in my opinion, the excellent packaging done by the store. read more

Surprised to see all the positive reviews after my recent visit, though they're all old so many it's under new management? The man I spoke to at the counter was so stuck up and rude ! Who the hell let him work with people? I watched him put his fingers in his mouth and then touch somebody's package! SO GROSS!!! Typical Bait & Switch . Went in gave measurements , weight and item description was quoted $38 2 days later ( after snowstorm ) just to pack I paid shipping charges on my UPS account brought item in to drop off was billed $58. Talked to Manager and clerk who quoted me was there & verified that's what he told me and I had to sign a waiver for them to honor price so NO GUARENTEE !
