I'm 7 months pregnant & had to return a few things to a business that has a UPS corporate account. First, the manager tried telling me you "definitely" need boxes - when both the corporate account & UPS confirmed you do NOT need boxes - then she said she doesn't have a box big enough & can't help us & I have to go to the store in Toms River. Could clearly tell she didn't want to help & offered no solution except get another store to do it. Drove all the way to the UPS store on Hooper Ave & they could not have been nicer or more accommodating & helped me in under 5 minutes - they said she absolutely didn't want to help us & she could've reused or gotten the box we needed as they're required to. I will never go to this store again & continue to use the Toms River Hooper Ave location. read more

Complete chaos, they have 5 people working, they want customers separated into two lines but they don't have any reason to do that because they just take whoever decides to walk up to their computer. People cutting in front of others who were standing here for 30 minutes. The two girls working the computers are completely oblivious and have no idea how to properly run the store. All I need was a receipt for shipping my package and had to go to two different locations JUST FOR A RECEIPT to send my boss. I could have been in and out in two seconds but instead got stuck behind all these people. They need to seriously get a grip. read more

I have gone tthe UPS store in Brick, NJ on Cedarbridge for years and always knew what thorough and personal service the owner gives his customers and their parcels. Always patient, always kind, always going the extra steps to secure packages properly, review all the details, etc. This week I learned his name was BILL. The story goes that I sent an original WILL document via UPS (dumb!) to a County Office. It had not been received!! But tracking reported it 'delivered to Box' according to Corporate UPS and they instructed me to file a claim. The procedure was long and I didn't have a 'profile' to include so I gave up... the people at the County were so great they were searching everywhere. Now what !!! I went back to the UPS store to speak with the knowledgeable, friendly man at the UPS store in hopes that he could direct me to the next step. Well BILL not only took all of my information, made copies of all of my receipts, empathized with my situation, he said 'give me 24 hours', I know someone at that location that I can call ...I will get back to you. Got back to me he did, within 24 hours,...he had located the package that the corporate UPS driver had 'left in BOX'. Please go to the UPS store in Brick, NJ. You cannot put your packages in anyone else's hands! Trust Me! If hugging was appropriate during this time BILL would get the biggest ! So so relieved !!! read more

This is related to this UPS Store all the way through the Corporate Office. UPS has raised prices for special services such as overnight, next day, two day ect... and then uses the CORONA Virus as an excuse not to provide those special services. I have called this store twice asking to speak to the manager/owner and left messages because no one picks up the phone there. I paid 167.69 to have a package overnighted to my son who is a soldier on a base in Oklahoma. The items in the package were very important. I brought the package to this Cedarbridge Store on Monday 1/4/2021 at 8:45am with a tentative delivery of Tuesday 1/5/2021 at 10:30am. The package did not arrive by 5pm on 1/5/2021, we called the store and of course no one answered the phone. I was able get some person at customer service who said the only thing noted in tracking was that a label was created at 6pm on 1/4/2021 but there was no other information. We went to this UPS store who basically blew it off saying that is was picked up at 6pm on 1/4 but they could not say where it is. I called the customer relations and spoke to Arianna who said that she could see that it would be delivered today. My tracking updated saying it would be delivered tentatively at 10:30am which it still is not delivered. It is pretty sad that large companies such as UPS and FedEx use a serious virus and nationwide pandemic to raise prices for services that they do not stand by and shrug it off saying "Well with the COVID". People are out of work and struggling to get by and UPS is price inflating prices and then not holding themselves accountable. I will continue to us USPS because their rates are more reasonable and they have been able to follow through with their deliveries in a more timely manner. I would recommend others do the same. read more

Been frequenting this store for over a year. I shop a lot on amazon and need to return merchandise often. I'm always greeted by a friendly & efficient staff. They make it so easy at times when I'm in need of printing and faxing also. I'm not the most computer savvy person & when I'm stuck trying to figure out how to print from their computer they are always quick to help. I often see an employee Kim in the store and she is always so welcoming. I personally witnessed a customer in the store berate her out of anger after being told their system was down after a vicious storm caused a power outage. Kim kept her composure the entire time and handled the situation in the utmost professional manner. I was in awe honestly because had it been me, I don't think I could have been so patient. It was very unsettling to see a consumer treat an outstanding employee in such a demeaning way. I felt compelled to write a review to express my extreme satisfaction on this particular store's efficiency and professionalism. read more
