Staff is really friendly, they keep the line moving. Things can get a little hectic and there at times but I'm usually in and out in under five minutes. It's a little hard to find, keep an eye out for the FedEx sign off airport road. read more

Worthless, lazy, incompetent, or all three - not exactly sure. This location is designated as a HAZMAT ship center and they turned us away on a simple ground shipment of some batteries. No one should have to go through a $500 course in how to make FedEx do their job and then go there and have them flick you off like a booger because they don't want to do their jobs. Missing a package today that they said was delivered and signed for, had 3 packages left at my house this summer that belonged to houses on different streets, driver NEVER follows instructions on Delivery Manager, and their customer service is for crap. I Came to this location at 7:22 PM according to my cell phone, which is always accurate, two nights ago and the door was locked but it was supposed to be open till 7:30 PM I saw two ladies through the glass doors behind the counter and knocked but they would not look up and completely ignored me. I work until 7 PM and rushed to get there in time. I needed the package for the following morning. I left work the following day an hour early to make sure I got there in plenty of time & saw one of the ladies that had ignored me the night before working behind the counter. I told her I was there the night before and saw her behind the counter through glass door and it was 7:22 PM and asked her why she wouldn't open the door if hours of operation are until 7:30 PM. She got very defensive & irate and profusely denied the door ever getting locked before 7:30 PM. I told her I was not lying and she just kept denying it and getting flustered. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said they were too busy to see me. Then the other woman from the night before that had also ignored me appeared and the first woman nastily said to her "maybe you could deal with her" referring to me. I stated to her that I was upset that I had been there and they both had ignored me knocking on the door and it was only 7:22 PM and it was imperative that I had received that package and she proceeded to also deny the same thing. Rather than continue getting lied and being mistreated I asked them for their names They told me that their names were Barbra and Karen but would not provide their last names. They told me it was against the law for them to give me their name because it could and somehow harm them if I knew their last name. I honestly couldn't believe I was told that and the truth is they obviously didn't want me to report what transpired. I told them that I would speak to corporate and they said it didn't matter what I did and I was just wasting my time. I am so appalled at the treatment I received that I had to post this. read more

The service sucks.... I had an expensive medicine that was time sensitive because it was sealed in Ice. The shipment was delayed because of the snow storm and I was assured it would be delivered the following day by 8PM. I tracked the shipment and it was going to sit all weekend in a facility close to where I live. I called customer service but there was no one at Fed Ex that could help. I was transfered to a call center in Mexico and the workers there did not care and was refused to be put in contact with a supervisor. I volunteered to pick up the medication but they refused to help me. Terrible customer Service!!!! The office hours posted on the FedEx website for today say this location is open until 2pm. It's 1:30 and there isn't a soul to be found and the office is locked and dark. I tried knocking on doors and windows just to make sure a potential skeleton crew for the holiday wasn't simply doing something else. No luck. I understand today is a holiday, but if a company tells its customer it will provide a certain service, it better provide that service. I came a half-hour out of my way specifically to this location because its supposed service hours today were ideal for my time-sensitive package. Well, thanks for nothing. My Credit card account was billed for packages that were already prepaid by the recipient. Having trouble getting it reversed. I'm an insurance medical examiner and ship off blood and urine specimens to 2 different labs. The lab kits always have prepaid air bills that we use to ship them. I guess I made the mistake of including my own account number at the top and who ever handles the intake in Lakewood didn't take the time to see that it was already prepaid. I have been calling up for over 2 months trying to get this reversed. If it isn't resolved I'm going to call up one of the TV stations that helps people get these kinds of issues resolved. read more

Received an email saying they could not deliver package and to see note on door for instructions. There was no note. FedEx probably never came by - just made it a short day. Not the first time this has happened. Tired of waiting for deliveries that don't arrive. Also, always tell them to leave packages on the porch and they leave them by the front door, in the rain and snow. Bad service. 12 hour delivery window!! USPS is more reliable. read more
